Moved in Aug 2020 and loving it! Maintenance is so nice, things run smooth here, no issues with my apartment. There is ample parking, no pot holes anywhere, my apartment looked great at move in, internet works perfectly, I’ve never had to put in a work order at the office yet, and I feel at home here. really lucky I found such a great place

My husband and I have lived here for the last 6 months and love it! The ladies in the office are so nice and really do enjoy talking to you and getting to know you. We have never had a maintainence problem, or at least never one that went unnoticed within a day or two. It is definitely a pet friendly place, which makes it feel more homier and safer for me😊. We definitely plan on staying a while. I would reccommend making sure to read the lease agreement concerning rent and pricing, but otherwise it is a bery nice place to live in a nice neighborhood

The maintenance crew and office crew are very friendly. They do their best and are trying to make a great community. I love my apartment. Only downfall is I wish it were a bit more handicap accessible. I have difficulty with stair and parking can be hard when neighbors have guests and I have to park quite a ways from building. It would be nice to have handicap parking. Other than that they are right on maintenance requests and I can reach out to office anytime.
