Indian meals are served on community basis; all the dishes are shared among all the diners. Rice being the staple of main course. We like to let you know that since we opened our doors in June of 1996 we have provide you with the highest quality of food preparations. To do this each order is individually prepared and spiced.

The best Indian food we've had in Colorado, and the best chicken tika masala we've ever had. The lam vindaloo is equally good. In both dishes the meats were tender and moist, the flavors were rich, and the heat levels were just as ordered. The accompanying rice was also delicious. Everything was perfect.

Absolutely Amazing!!!!!! The food is something special, it is the best Indian food around. The flavors are complex, well balanced, and make you want to come back for more. The atmosphere is beautiful and classy but very comfortable. The staff are all so pleasant and lovely. They genuinely care and treat you as if you're family. You are missing out if you don't come and enjoy all The Star of India has to offer!

I've only been here a few times but Star if India has never disappointed me or anyone else in my party. The Naan comes in like 6 different flavor profiles which add a nice kick to any meal and the Tandoori is some of the best in the business, delicious and creamy with the perfect amount of seasoning and heat. If you feel like trying Indian food for the first time or you're a seasoned veteran of the subcontinents fantastic fair I would recommend stopping by Star of India and see what you've been missing.

They are the best, We only had one dish, but it was enough for us to judge the taste of the whole restaurant. Our welcome and the reception were warm. they catered for even the smallest out of our needs. They made a special dish for us, that wasn’t even included in the menu. Would definitely recommend it.

Courteous staff checked our table often and was helpful describing menu items. The seating was spacious. The portions were large and cooked well. Our tandoori chicken might have been a tad overdone but our lamb dishes were delicious. Prices are mid range and felt about right. You should give them a try!
