Staff was great. Food left something to be desired. Fish tacos were hardly meal size and lacked flavor. Wife's Burger had a quarter size piece of gristle (we understand that is just bad luck). Fries were under cooked. Kids had wings and they were great. With all of the options in the area I would have to pass Jackdaw next time I am in town.

This is a good place. Good food overall. It's also inconsistent for the relatively higher price point. 3 stars because - A place that has such strong culinary gems, disappointed at the lack of presentation (e.g. of the impossible burger in pictures). Which service will you get next time you go? Could be excellent or mediocre - hence, 3 stars.

I loved the inside of the Doubletree Hotel. It looks very modern and had a comfortable atmosphere that I liked. Jackdaw Irish restaurant is inside the Doubletree. The restaurant was very clean and the wait staff attentive and polite. We had awesome, huge salads. I had the blue cheese wedge made with a whole head of romaine, cut in half and decorated with bacon, cherry tomatoes and fried onion pieces. Then there was the blue cheese crumbles; the best I've ever had. Plus the blue cheese dressing. My friend had a Caesar salad, his fave. Let me say how huge these salads were! After we ordered our food

Great food and drinks in the hotel, can’t beat that. Seriously, this is actual good food. The bartender is quite a character with very prompt and attentive service. If you’re a whiskey drinker, you will be quite happy with the selection. The menu is Irish inspired, Colorado flavored, although no dishes have weed in them....
