I just moved into this complex and I have had nothing but great experiences with the complex, the unit and the leasing team. The manager Veronica made the move in process so easy and was always available to answer my questions via email or give me a quick call back if I left her a message. Now that we've moved in, she has continued to be extremely helpful. I look forward the rest of my time living here thanks to her.

Loved the apartments, loved the leasing team! Alyssa and Veronica were super sweet and accommodating to all of our needs. We wanted a quiet unit and they took us on tours of multiple units and adjusted to our move-in time frame seamlessly. They did all of this despite most people moving in via virtual tours; they took the time to meet us in person and answer all of our questions/concerns. The apartment community is beautiful and safe, and has the environment of natural, lush, peaceful relaxation. The one bedrooms had huge balconies/patios and remodeled furnishings. Since Veronica had become the Resident Manager, things have been pretty smooth despite the 2 incidents that plagued my family since living here for a year. Veronica goes out of her way to accommodate tenants with their needs & requests. I appreciate a property manager who cares about her tenants. They denied us because of a credit issue that happened two years ago. Okay, understandable. That is not THEIR fault. Its our fault. Each apt complex has its own qualifications and it is what it is. HOWEVER, even after the denial they have texted me daily and sent me emails everyday with an automated message from "veronica" offering the current availabilities. It started with the text messages harassment. But that was just the beginning LOL.
I have responded multiple times to the text asking to be removed from the list and eventually blocked the numbers to just end it.

Management at the Arbors At Magnolia has been a pleasure to work with. Veronica and Justine are very polite, responsive, and so helpful. Excited to be moving into this complex. From the many times I went to go see it, it's quiet, clean, and overall well kept compared to other complexes I toured. The price is good as the unit we picked has been fully renovated. We also got a great move in special. Would def. recommend.

Living here has been great even during times of COVID management has done a lot to help us and make us feel comfortable with our living situation. The last thing I need is to be worrying about me and my family losing our home. They have been really responsive during the closure and have always been helpful since I've been here. I'm relieved that for once the office staff (manager) where i live actually listens to me and follows through oh their word.

The leasing staff are all very helpful and welcoming. I have been living at the Arbors for over half a year and I've really enjoyed my stay here. When I was going through the application process the manager Justine and leasing agent were very patient and walked me through the entire process throughly. The apartment itself is very spacious and modern. The complex offers great amenities like a pool, gym, and even a spa for pets. The community is well taken care of by the maintenance staff. I have now moved out of the Arbors but I just needed to leave another review. The manager (Justine) is so awesome! She's honest, helpful and has honestly gone above and beyond to help me make my crazy move so easy. I received most oF my deposit back and that legit has never happened to m. Usually apartments will charge you everything they can to not give you back any money. Also I can't forget Leonard and how hard working and amazing he is. We had a water issue and Leonard came and checked in on us every single day to make sure our water issue was taken care of. If you are looking for

I could not recommend the Arbors highly enough. They may not be the lowest price in the area but the level of service by the office staff, maintenance and the friendliness and cleanliness of the community make it such a pleasant place to live. Huge shout out to Justine Rocha the office manager for always getting things handled quickly and always being so approachable and helpful. We've been here for 4 months and see no end in sight anytime soon.

I came here to apply for an apartment recently and was very unpleased. The apartment itself was nice and clean (considering the price) but the women on the leasing office are very unprofessional and rude I did not feel welcome at all ! Considering the fact that I'm going to be spending my hard earned money I'd expect better customer service.

I don't recommend this property anymore, It's not safe at all. Somebody stole something from my car which was parked in my carport, so i bought a recording camera and i put it on the top of my parking to make sure my car is safe. But, someone stole the CAMERA TOO. I don't know what else is coming up...

It is actually extremely bitter sweet to write this review at it is our last day here at these apartments. My wife and our 2 dogs called this place home for roughly 3 years. The reason for the move was due to work location (significantly further way from Anaheim) and a family issue where we needed a bigger place to live.
The staff is extremely helpful as Michelle is hands down the best manager I have ever dealt with. She is very relational and goes beyond the expectations of a manager

I'm moving out next week.we have had a year lease.I've disliked living here since probably a month after we moved in.the kitchen sink has leaked since we have moved in everytime you use it we have told them a few times and they have scheduled and rescheduled it to be fixed they never called to tell you it's rescheduled they just leave noted taped to your door and if it falls off oh well for you and when they do leave notes they never knock to let you know.most of the walls are badly painted and have cracks that we were not warned about.the dishwasher is badly put on so it also leaks.they say this
