However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds, dogs resembling these breeds, or mixes of these breeds: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

Avery Row exemplifies apartment living at its best. Each unit is above and beyond expectations..from fancy light figures, with up to date backsplash , beautiful floors, high ceilings,,expansive floor plans, and much more

I previously review Avery Row and contemplated whether to update or delete. I deleted the review because in fairness, over the course of 2.5 years of living here, half of it was under the management of Bozzuto and owners Deutsche bank.
My Google Update as of: 11/3/19 - Things have improved at Avery Row. After a long slog the building is on much better footing. The building was purchased a year ago by AIMCO and it was rocky. But, through a lot of effort, they seemed committed to getting this to the level it should be - which is a higher end building and a true gem in Arlington. AIMCO sent one

I was excited to take a tour of the Avery Row apartments while I was in the area, because from what I saw online, it looked as though this apartment complex would be a great fit for my family; however, when I stopped by today I was not impressed. My sister and sat in the lobby for over 45 minutes and no one spoke to us. We eventually asked a person in the office if they were the leasing agent, and he let us know that he was IT and that the could not help us. While the lobby and the grounds are very modern and nice, the customer service needs some work, especially for the amount of money that the

We love our home at Avery Row! Hector, the property manager is amazing. He's always available and super friendly. He's really built a sense of community at Avery Row. The upgrades Aimco have made to the property since taking ownership are above and beyond anything I've seen at any other apartment complex. These include security cameras in all common areas and increased security at every access point - making entry for residents easy; hardwood floors in the bedrooms; and upgrades to the common areas with comfortable furniture and every amenity you need to entertain or just hang
