Only reason 2 stars is the king cake was good. The service however to get it was ridiculous to say the least. They opened at 11am, I placed order at 11:19am. I waited outside for 2 hours, finally left and didnt get a call till 3:40pm. Then my order was incomplete at that. Waaaay to long to wait for a cake. Found better service else where with just as good if not better tasting king cake. Beware of what you getting into people!!

This place use to be great. They have horrible customer service now. Never answer their phone. Waited over a hour for a kingcake during Mardi Gras season.... They made about ten people wait outside in 50° windy weather..Was told they would be done at 10:30. Then was told it would be 15mins, finally let us come inside 50mins later. No remorse or sorry for the wait. And the price has gone up... not worth it!!

Visiting NOLA and decided to try this bakery. The glazed beignets are SO GOOD!!! I ate a dozen by myself and am contemplating going back for another dozen before they close! A perfect description is if you crossed a beignet with a Krispy Kreme donut. They are delicious even after they get cold 🤤. 10/10

This is a tradition at this point. One of the best bakeries for king cakes in the city but get there early. Due to COVID and the popularity of their king cakes there will be a line out the door. If you go don't just get a king cake. Had their apple fritter and a slice of almond cake. That was one of the best apple fritters I've had and the white almond cake was tip notch.

Antoine's Famous Cakes has the best Biegnets our film crew has ever had. And we've eaten a ton of them.. The bakery's glazed version of the classic treat was AMAZING! It was well worth the drive over the bridge! The closet description was "If A beignet and a Krispy Kreme donut had a baby it would be a glazed beignet from Antoine's."
