Called me day of to ask me what my order was. Asked me to come after 2… I show up at 3 and she has a sign on the door saying “I’ll be back by 4”. When I arrived again the cake was not finished and she preceded to finish my cake with icing she was using on another cake when I noticed the pink color I said to her ma’am that’s pink this is for a man… her response was it’s not pink it’s red.
Since she’s the baker and she’s knows it all I though maybe because it’s Soo dark and gloomy inside(didn’t even turn on the lights in the front while I waited) but thought I might have

We visited a number of bakeries before choosing Royal Cakery to do our wedding cakes. We drove out to their Morrison Rd location and tasted two plate fulls of different cakes. They had a lot of variety and definitely a unique experience. It was hard to form any kind of judgement on the tasting alone. On our wedding day, we couldn't have been happier! Two beautiful cakes. The wedding cake, made exactly to order. Pecan filling and butter cream frosting that our guests raved about. And the grooms cake was a work of art. She made an oil platform (I work in the oil field) over a blue ocean.

The tasting experience and flavor of the cake was really good. The follow-up and professionalism after the initial tasting experience was absolutely horrible. We had to keep calling to get a price quote, update on the process, etc. In addition, they continued to try to change our minds on the design of our wedding cake in which the reason was because they were incapable of executing the cake but refused to just state to us that they were not comfortable doing the cake; therefore they proceeded with the "bad business go-to move" and not call you back or return our calls. Royal Cakery did my wedding cake and I could not recommend them more!!! They were so easy to work with and the cake is delicious. After trying their cake I knew they were it right away, it’s seriously soo good! They worked with me to find the right cake in my budget and then were completely flexible as our guest count changed. The cake showed up no problem day of and was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend them. Can't wait for our 1 year to eat some more of the cake!!!

Easily one of the most unprofessional groups of people I have ever tried to work with. Short story: We gave them a deposit of $500 to do our bride and groom cake. The bride cake was estimated at $1200 and the groom cake was estimated at $300. After a series of unforeseen circumstances we decided to only have our groom cake done by Royal Cakery. I even told them they could keep the remainder of the deposit as a bonus because they complained that they didn't know how to refund us. (not sure why they can't figure that out) Then within just a few weeks of the wedding - she took our contract, scratched
