Services
Dzenan Lulic, M.D. graduated with honors from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) where he received Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Science. He then received his medical degree from University of California San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine in 2008. Dr Lulic received post-graduate training at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrence, CA.

The office staff is wonderful, kind, and so helpful.
Dr Lulic is such a caring and really cares about your health. He works with you in finding the right treatment . Moved here a year ago and was worried trying to find new doctors. I actually feel I'm treated and cared for more with Dr Lulic then I was back East.

While vacationing in California, my husband and I needed to see a primary care physician for separate medial issues, which could not wait until we returned to Texas. We moved to Temecula from San Diego and was in need of a new PCP. After some research, we decided to go with Dr. Lulic. I came in to see Dr. Lulic as a new patient with my family. I am personally relieved that I have chosen an attentive doctor who communicates with their patient and really puts an effort into getting to know his patients. Not only did he ask questions about my health, but also showed interest in my personal everyday life. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment and even after my appointment ended the staff was phenomenal! It’s very rare for me to say that about a medical facility. I am very happy with the care I received from Dr. Lulic and his staff. Dr. Lulic took his time to listen to my concerns and did not rush me at all. Bettina (manager) and Angeli (medical assistant) were very kind and knowledgeable. I am seriously amazed and so happy I found a wonderful primary doctor close to home!

I came to Dr. Lulic because my other doctor i had before him just made it feel like i was going to doctor to pay co pay and walk out, with dr. Lulic i actually feel like he understands what’s going on, like he cares, and like he actually wants to help. everyone in the office makes you feel welcome and is very nice. i’m really happy i found dr. lulic and his team because i really do feel like they do care

Dr. Lulic is an excellent primary care doctor. He gives his patients his undivided attention. I was so please with Dr. Lulic, I moved my entire family to his practice. He is very thorough with his examinations and makes sure all of the patient's concerns have been addressed. He has a great bedside manner and a wonderful staff. I definitely recommend Cal Oaks Primary Care. Dr Lulic is the BEST!
