With soooo many Dr's today on social media one can get lost in a sea of information. One of the main reasons I love watching Dr. Berg's videos is that he gets right to the point of whatever he's discussing, I can search whatever symptom I'm having and he has a video on it, usually without having to listen to a huge speech about other stuff. We live in a world of quick information and it seems his videos work for me. I'm ordering his products and can give a review on those once I've had time to evaluate results. I use Dr bergs webinars in hopes of combating early issues. I've always wondered about spider veins and what would be a good treatment for them. No one's ever had suggestions other than circulation issue. I found Dr bergs video on that after hours of studying everything I can of his that might help me. I appreciate that he's put his suggestion of a good remedy out there. Non of his remedies have failed me yet. I look forward to a healthier future thanks to the information available from Dr berg.

I have been watching and following Dr. Berg for almost 8 years. His information is spot on. Love the informative videos. I have learned a lot about food and how it affects the body and most importantly how our body works to make us feel better, and also look better. Dr Berg is my 'go to' provider of health and welfare insights. Berg produces daily YouTube videos replete with a plethora of information including data and explanations of the importance of foods. His approach is to look behind the rosey exterior of tomatoes, the tenderness of a sirloin, and talk of the foods' chemical composition, and the construction of good food supplements. I also see he offers a range of supplement products. His videos are engaging, his arguments are supported, and his manner is professional; and never demeaning. i heartily recommend Dr Berg to you- try him!
