These guys are the absolute best in the business. I've never dealt with anyone so totally honest. I just had a job done by them for $88. I walked out of a place that quoted me a price of $550 and told me my car was too dangerous to drive. I will never go anywhere again other than 3-D Car Care in Lombard.

Very professional and very decent prices! It is probably one of the fewer places where you can trust that your car will be done the professional way. All you have to do is , pass by any given day and you'll realize how busy they are. That alone should tell you something. I brought my car to 3D for a second quote and the guys at 3D pointed out I didn't actually need some things another shop told me that I did. Ultimately, these guys ended up saving me almost $1,000 and did a fantastic job on the work that still needed to be done. I really appreciate their honesty. I needed to have my mass airflow sensor replaced because squirrels ate the wiring under my hood. Called 3D and was told to just bring my car in as soon as it was convenient for me. I brought it in that same afternoon and the part was repaired in less than two hours!
Very nice people and definitely very honest. They do not gouge or try to sell you services you don't need.
They will be my new go-to mechanic. I highly recommend this business!

I am always impressed with all of the staff. Drew and Walley are extremely kind and honest. They genuinely look out for their customers. They are very thorough and have never been shifty or shady at all. I feel the need to post about them because car places can take advantage of people, but these guys really take care. These guys are great! I have had my vehicle serviced there several times and their prices are better than all other places I get quotes from. The last time I was there was to try to locate a minor oil leak. They cleaned the bottom of the engine (there was a lot of oil as it had been leaking for a while) and told me to bring it back in 500 miles so they could properly diagnose the issue (no charge). I brought it back a few weeks later; they discovered the issue but given the age and mileage of the vehicle, along with the fact I plan to keep for a maximum of 2 years, they recommended I just monitor

I cannot say enough about the guys here at 3D. I have been taking my vehicles here for the past (almost) 9 years. They are genuinely nice people, they don't overcharge, and will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy with the work.
I made the mistake when I moved out of Lombard of taking my vehicle to the dealer for some preventive maintenance. Never again. I'm so glad I relocated my work out to Lombard so these guys can be my go to for maintenance and repairs. It cost me less to do the work and for the parts than what the dealer quoted for just the parts, and the damage

My friend had his Fiat 500 die due to a bad battery late Sunday night. He had to leave it in a Walgreen's parking lot overnight. 3D Complete Car Care was located across the street & early the following morning they provided a jump for the car to get it to their location. A new battery was installed immediately (it was a busy Monday & the battery price was very good). We left but quickly noticed the radio & a/c were not working in the Fiat. A few wks ago I called early one morning and spoke with Drew twice and he was very calming, straightforward and informative. I was trying to buy a used Dodge Grand Caravan minivan off of Craigslist from a guy just a few miles away from them and Drew explained how they cannot meet up with me at the seller's location, but if the seller or I can bring the car to their shop they can do a thorough inspection of it for me for a reasonable set price in 1hr time total. It turns out that the seller was shifty and found a different buyer, but it was a good plan and I really appreciate Drew explaining

The day after I sent an email and posted my Yelp review. I got a call from the owner telling me that they would fix my headlight for free and that he was out sick that day and didn't understand what had happened.
He said he doesn't do business that way and once again repeated his offer.
I told him his staff did in fact do business like that the day he was gone.
I refused the service and told him I won't be back.
