Comfort Home Care was founded in 1999 in Rockville, Maryland. We provide in-home care for seniors and disabled individuals in and around Montgomery County, Maryland. We started our business after going through the stress and anguish of trying to find reliable, qualified, well-trained caregivers for our own parents.

Since 2017 we have used Comfort Home Care for my dear sister, Katharine, who endures Multiple Sclerosis. Katharine is severely disabled. Agartha, Pam and Seve from Comfort Home Care transfer, feed and tend to Katharine's daily medical needs. They are personable, kind, patient and able to spend long shifts with our family in tight quarters. We also love working with Shaun, Carolyn, Regina in the Comfort Home Care administration. We have had Comfort Home Care supporting my dad 24 hours a day. The nursing support we have received is terrific! The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and assist in every way for my dad's care and my mom's peace of mind. The daily (some times twice daily) communication to my mom from the coordinators (and owner!) regarding nursing assignments and schedules allows opportunities for questions and input about any needs. We receive the same nursing staff over different shifts, so my dad has care from people who know his needs. We highly recommend their services!

We have been using Comfort Home care for several years and their staff allows our mom to have her lifestyle, while giving us a comfort that she has a companion.
The staff are very passionate about mom needs and "quirks" and make feels like they are family.

Comfort Home Care found the ideal companion for my mother Muriel Berkowitz who we moved to the Washington area in 2010 to Ring House on the Campus of the Jewish Community Center. Comfort Home Care was able to provide approximately 10-months of aide service before it became necessary to move my parents to Assisted Living as their large split-level home of more than 50-years was becoming a bit much to navigate. Both of my 90+ year old parents were very pleased with the individual who provided assistance during the morning hours. Prepared breakfast, made the bed, did the laundry, neatened up the bathroom, performed light housekeeping, made lunch, and kept my Mom company while my Dad was off doing 'his own thing' usually working on his computer. I used Comfort Home Care to take care of my father in his home when he had Parkinson's. All of the caregivers were extremely compassionate and competent. It was a very difficult situation, made easier by the great service from everyone at Comfort Home Care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home care.
