No one makes tires like MICHELIN. That's because MICHELIN recognizes that you need it all from your tires - safety, a comfortable ride, fuel efficiency, grip and control, toughness, and more. Safe, everyday driving demands it. Many of those performances naturally compete, and increasing one tends to decrease another.
Passion, pride and performance are BFGoodrich values that have stood the test of time. As a maker of superior performance tires, we're proud to say we've been passionately performance-driven since the beginning. It's what led us on the pursuit of creating truck tires tough enough to tackle some of roughest terrain on the planet, yet still maintain excellent road manners.
Your tires are the only part of your vehicle that connects it with the road and are responsible for safety, comfort, mobility, and fuel economy. Proper tire care and maintenance are, therefore, very necessary to ensure your tires stay effective. This care and maintenance can be easily done by your personal attention and with the help of our professional experts at Kirkland Tire Pros.

After buying 4 tires for 2 cars, they now never want to do a tire rotation even though they yell you its free at the time of purchase and to come in every 5k miles. A I have also now been turned away for oil service 3 times. This time the excuse was because there is snow. 3 open service bays but they don't want to do an oil service and rotation? Why are you even in this business?

Be careful with up charges from the guys here at Tire Pros, especially Aaron. I called to have the tires on my wife's car replaced after we had a blow out, I set up a time for her to bring in the car at 12:30. I explained I was taking care of this for my wife and that we were trading the car in in a couple of weeks and was hoping to get something cheaper. After she dropped off the car she sent me a text at 12:50 telling me that Aaron had called her to say the car needed an alignment and the rear brakes replaced, not understanding what that really meant she said "ok". I immediately

I am writing this to management so that they're aware of an employee's inappropriate comment and the impact of his behavior. I went to the shop today at 8:30 AM to get two flat tires changed, when I spoke to the employee at the front desk he told me that the car needed to be on site to be serviced (understandable). Getting the car towed wasn't ideal for me so he said the tires needed to be changed where the car is parked. When I told him I didn't know how to change a tire he said "where's your boyfriend? ask him to change them for you." It didn't stop there

The air in my tire was low a couple of Saturdays ago, so I went back here since this is where I purchased the tires. The mechanic filled the tire and then asked me to back up my car so he could look at the tire. After backing up a couple of feet, he tells me I have a nail in the tire, and it's in a place they cannot patch the leak. Tells me I should go in and see the manager about a new tire. I'm there with my arm in a sling and not able to get down on the ground to verify the nail. I left and stopped at another tire shop. They checked the tire and didn't find a nail. They said the

I needed tires for the 2019 Seattle SNOWMAGEDDON that is starting tomorrow. I found KTP out of nowhere with bad credit and hardly any money out of pocket. Aaron was extremely helpful and welcoming! Overly exceeded my expectations. I hardly write reviews and couldn't help but give a shout out. Please call them!

I am extremely disappointed by their service and attitude. My car service and Flat tire Repair would have costed me $75.00 But I ended up spending $550 Plus tax for their carelessness. They broke the Lug Stud and nut while working on the flat tire. Also, they broke Engine oil pan while working on servicing. As per my knowledge to replace a Lug Stud and Nut It shouldn't cost you more than $50-$55 (Wheel Stud $5.00+ Lug Nut $2.50+ Install $45.00). But they charged me $114. 00? They neither accepted their fault nor took any responsibility. Also, they overcharged an innocent customer. Instead

They really care for their customers. I had a puncture in the front left tire of my BMW 228i. The runflat tires that are OEM on BMWs cost $400 each and I've had very bad experience with them. Aaron scheduled me in the same day and quoted me a good price on the tires (within 10% of tirerack). However, after taking a closer look, Aaron recommended simply repairing the front tire. I took his advice, saved at least $500 and walked away with a smile. I will be going back here when its time to replace my tires.

I'm a repeat customer. We're a family of 5 with 4 licensed drivers and one driver's permit. We have 4 vehicles and always seem to be needing an oil change, flat repair or a set of tires. These guys are great, know us by name and always get us on our way quickly. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did!

Won't do an oil change with customer provided oil. Say they "don't install customer provided parts." I get the not installing parts thing, that's pretty standard for any shop. But oil? Come on guys. Of course the reason is obvious why they won't install customer parts as then they can't warranty the job. But if you ask them the reason they won't do an oil change with customer provided oil, they won't give you one. What is strange is that I was fine paying the normal price so they would actually make more money since they had no cost of oil. My

I had my tires replaced here a year ago, although kept running into issues with my low tire pressure light coming on. Every now and then, I would bring my vehicle in and they would refill the air. They couldn't seem to find an issue and because my fiancé had been using them for years, I trusted that all was fine as long as they could fix when I stopped by.
A few weeks ago, I had my front brakes repaired by them as well. Again, the low tire pressure issue was mentioned. When I picked my car up, the low tire pressure light was off, so once again, I assumed everything was fine.

This place is horrible! Although the have a giant reader board out front that reads " Oil, Filter, and Tire rotation for $25.00" that's not what they charge and they don't want to do oil changes. I had to come back 5 times before they could "fit me in" because they don't take appointments and I still had to wait 3hrs!! The same guy always comes up to the counter and acts like he can care less about you or your vehicle. The customer service here is crap and they treat you accordingly. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
