Zahntech installed my new tires and performed an alignment -- my steering now feels more solid than ever before. The mechanic even stopped in when I was paying and fielded some questions. They threw in a snapshot of the new alignment specs on the invoice (really cool). I have no reason to believe they didn't perform a meticulous, effective and on-time job, because it all looks and feels like A+ work. These guys have been my go to shop for the past year. They’ve done everything for my car; from fixing mistakes on a turbo install done by another mechanic, and even an engine swap recently due to failed piston ringlands/scored cylinder walls. Had an awesome service with my 2016 Mini Countryman. I live nearby, and being able to support an honest local company like Zahntech is incredible. This was the first visit since I owned my Mini since getting it in January of this year.
The feedback was fair and what I expected. The quoted work to keep my car in tip-top shape is accurate and I'm eager to get it there. They'll be the primary caretakers of my Mini.

The owner was HONEST, extremely friendly and knowledgeable about everything having to do with cars. Enthusiastic, personable and efficient. I received a buyer's inspection. He took me at the last minute without making me feel bad about it like some customer service people do. He is passionate about his business and wears a smile. Reasonable prices and excellent service compared to other European auto mechanics in the neighborhood. These guys charged me about $100 to look into my engine light, while the other guys asked for nearly $600. Just to diagnose the issue!! We didn't use their waiting room or loaner/ pick up service if they have one, due to the pandemic. Overall experience was positive

The team at Zahntech has been taking care of my '09 Subaru Impreza for the last three years. They know me and my car, and go the extra mile to make sure my car has what it needs. Even with good preparation, sometimes unexpected service is needed. They get me on the schedule in less than 24 hours, and return my car promptly after I've dropped it off. I don't have space, time or energy to do the maintenance on my car they way it should be done, and it's nice to know I have a trustworthy mechanic who does.

I'm an avid auto DIY as a hobby and I take work to ZahnTech that I don't have time for or that are difficult to tackle. I can say that over the years I have found ZahnTech to be honest and diligent. I go over their work and it's of high quality. These are the only guys I can trust to work on my BMWs. Their prices are also very reasonable compared to other independent shops. I've used Zahntech for a few repairs. Their quotes were reasonable and they always explained the full details of the repair.
I do some small Auto work repair myself, so it is nice to hear reconfirmation of issues you were aware about and know you are getting the run around.

I've had breaks, engine mounts, transmission mounts, axels, all replaced here and been very happy.
Knowledgable to do it right, very good communication with me about problems, pricing, and expectations for pick up.
Was recommended to me from a tdi geek, and my 2005 Passat tdi has been well taken care of here. John and his team have been trustworthy and it takes stress out of dealing with shady mechanics.
