I had a great experience here. I had just bought a used Volvo and wanted the brakes checked out. The owner came out and was looking at the brakes before I had even got out of the car (I had called ahead to ask some questions). He was using a flashlight and a mirror and really taking a close look; most people that do this just take a superficial look but you could tell he was really taking care to make sure everything was in order. He correctly identified the part of the country the car came from, pointed out some interesting things about what he saw on the brakes and rotors and the wear patterns

Shane was absolutely wonderful. Finally a mechanic I trust. I took my Porsche Macan in for a big maintenance interval because he was reasonably priced and well-rated. While completing the work, one of his mechanics accidentally opened my drivers side door over a metal object and it slightly damaged the bottom of my door. Shane took full ownership of the accident and already had a quote to repair the damage from a reputable repair shop - he also found out the next available opening and paid for the (again minor) damage to be repaired. Accidents happen! It’s how you handle them that show your character

Daughters Lexus died on 405. Had AAA tow and dump on Shane after hours. He worked it in, installed new alternator and had it ready at COB next day. Great service!

I had a brake problem with my Audi. It vibrates when I brake, especially on high speed. I called Eastside European (refers as E&E below) to ask for help. After I explain the problem, Shane immediately acknowledge this is a brake Rotor problem and that needs to be replaced. That matches with the dealers' diagnostic findings. I then ask for the option of doing brake rotor resurfacing. Shane explains that European car are considered performance car and does not recommend doing any rotor resurface, but instead replacing rotor (this matches with what I heard from other shops/dealer). Thank you Shane for calling me back and speaking with me about purchasing a used Volvo, even knowing Im not even a customer of the shop. Shane understood completely how scary it can be buying a used car, especially for a woman. I know you were busy but still took the time to answer my questions and even pulling up other vehicles being offered for sale. This I realize is above and beyond, you run a shop not a phone service. I shouldn’t have called in the first place.

I called these guys in a tearful mess after my dealership told me I was gonna need to spend almost $2000 to fix my squeaky brake problem in my fiat, and not only was Shane so nice on the phone and talked with me through my unintelligible crying, he took a look at my brakes and listened to what I had heard at the dealership and reassured me that my car was much too young to have the problems the dealership was telling me and that it was actually a pretty easy and inexpensive fix. I just picked up my car from them, my brakes are beautifully silent, and it took about 3 and a half hours to get it done

I have only serviced my vehicle at the local Audi dealership, because of current conditions I needed to take my car somewhere else.
To put it clearly, the owner was extremely intelligent, quick to diagnose and share, and able to give a more than fair price.
I will continue to take my vehicle to this shop and appreciate the owners candid diagnoses. I highly recommend!

Eastside European has been great for servicing our land rover. Prices are much more fair than what the dealer charges, and I'm confident in their work. Shane is very communicative, helpful, and friendly. Definitely my go-to for euro service at this point.

Good work when working on your car. Customer service has changed.... A LOT!!! Just called a few mins ago 3/19. Shane was rude (he’s normally my go to and very pleasant responds quick to messages on fb and asks me to call him to follow up regarding an appointment, I recommend this shop a lot on audi club North America and audi club nw) I don’t know what was up but he refused to listen to the problems with my car, kept brushing me off. I told him I sent him a detailed message regarding my car for reference like I NORMALLY do before making my appointment so we know how to schedule and
