I'm very thankful and pleased with the service received. People there are very friendly and nice. They treat others with care and respect. They even gave me a ride home and drove me back to the shop after the work was done. I also appreciate that everyone there was wearing masks, what with pandemic, and had a sanitizer available.

They had to close their Redmond location which I had brought several cars to over the years. I forgot they had a Kirkland location and very happy their friend and my chiropractor told me they were there. Always great service and prices.
