Throughout my career in the United States Air Force, corporate America, and the nonprofit sector, I met and worked with people of all kinds from around the world.

I have learned that, despite our differences, we are all ultimately searching for the same thing: happiness. In the over 25 years of my own meditation practice, I've discovered something else too: that the happiness we're all searching for is not merely attainable; it's been available in our hearts all along.

Lisa's calm soothing voice guides me to a place of peace and serenity. She is my "go-to" for an early morning meditation. Any time, anywhere, I am sitting or walking she incorporates the healing power of nature to my life.

Lisa has a voice that will soothe. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Meditation and Mindfulness in the many forms that takes. If you want to begin a meditation program or simply continue yours, you would be wise to find Lisa and get to an in person class or an online class.

I have been meditating for many years now and when I went to the senior center to listen to Lisa teach mindfulness meditation, I was blown away. Every class I go to is a an eye-opener. I learn something new every time. Lisa‘s ability to keep the whole class interested and participating is a sight to see. If you haven’t seen one of her classes, make sure you do. You won’t regret it. I can’t say enough good things about the way she teaches and what she teaches.

I’ve loved the zoom experience with Lisa. I’ve learned so much more about myself and found peace. Lisa is the utmost professional who has a beautiful warm smile and is kind and compassionate to everyone in our group. It’s obvious she cares about helping people find joy!

As the president of the Friends of the Ashland Public Library, I have hired Lisa twice to run meditation workshops for patrons. Her explanation of the types of meditation and mindfulness was easy to understand and so very interesting! The meditation sessions she guided were extremely relaxing and refreshing. We'll definitely ask her back to run more workshops!

Lisa Campbell has one of the most relaxed voices ever! I enjoy every class I go to as she is very insightful in matters of the mind, body and emotions. She has even helped me find someone to interview for a project on Tai Chi in my english class.

Lisa has an energy and ability to build synergy in a room and shepherd a group through a mindful experience like a master craftsman forming beauty from a block. She guides a meditation in ways that the entire group can follow and fully appreciate regardless of experience with their mindfulness practice. I always look forward to a sit with Lisa no matter what the intention.
