I've worked with Dan Beightol and Sun Coast Realty for over 15 years and have always had the best experience. Me and my family have bought and sold a few houses with him over the years and will continue to do so. I've also have Sun Coast currently as my property managers and they are super responsive and helpful. If something is going on with my place or my tenants I hear about it right away. As soon as I give approval for a repair or needed action it's taken care of immediately. I can always get a hold of Dan whenever I need something. It's always a pleasure to do business

Thanks to Dan, we got into a great family home 6 years ago after searching for almost 2 years. Now the 400,000 in equity on our home is allowing us to move up and we are excited to be out looking again. Dan has always gone above and beyond in every aspect of our transaction,

I've been working directly with Dan Beightol, of Sun Coast, since November of 2016 and he has made moving to Santa Barbara dream. I was relocating from Santa Cruz and having trouble finding a place, but since I've got in contact with Dan my move couldn't have been easier. I finally moved in January 2017 and everything I've needed, Dan has made it happen. Super responsive, and always checks in with me to make sure I'm taken care of.
