I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Downtown San Francisco. My core values are creativity and inclusion, and I strive to reflect these in my life, both personally and professionally. Those close to me have described my personality as a combination of a wise elder and a playful kid.
My "old soul" and "young heart" work together to bring empathy, intelligence, and openness to my work as a therapist. I am thrilled that I get to use my skills and sensitivity to help others know, be, and love themselves in a full and integrated way. I am grateful for the opportunity to witness my clients on their paths of compassion, acceptance, growth, and change.

Services
I offer professional and culturally-sensitive psychotherapy to individuals and people in relationships. Outwardly, you're holding it all together, but, on the inside, you're feeling pretty messy. If all that baggage is weighing you down, I can help you unpack it so you can experience some real relief.
For more perspective into how I work, here are my answers to some questions I've been asked. A: Therapy is one of the few places that is all about you! Focusing on and tending to yourself is powerful stuff! In the midst of your busy life, you can fall out of touch with who you are and what matters most to you.
If you live in California and are interested in working with me remotely, please reach out. Although I do not work with insurance companies directly, I can prepare a receipt of services for you to submit for potential reimbursement. Please check with your particular plan about out-of-network full or partial coverage.

Jessica is one of those rare people that always bring out the best in me. I leave our time together feeling a little lighter and more in touch with who I am and who I want to be in the world. She’s a fantastic therapist and a great listener. Her sense of humor helps bouy difficult conversations and her compassionate nature let’s me know I am sitting with a real person.
