Take Interstate 290 East to exit 21 (Plantation Street exit). At bottom of ramp take left at lights, proceed mile to next set lights stay in left lane. Take left at lights onto Lincoln Street. Drive up the street to the rotary, take 2nd right off rotary on Lincoln. We are the 4th building on the left side of street at the corner of Oriol Drive and Lincoln Street.
Here at Premier Optical our Opticians are licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts. As licensed opticians they attend continuing education classes to keep them informed of changes and new developments in the optical industry. Premier Optical Opticians are also members of the Opticians Association of Massachusetts.

I have a difficult time with new glasses due to trifocals and prisms, and have had to go back several times. Gary and the rest of the staff are always so kind and patient and they never make me feel like I’m putting them out. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is good and I am all set with a new prescription. I highly recommend them!!

Place is terrible. Cheapest glasses for the most expensive price. Not a very good selection either. Literally the worst/ cheapest glasses I've ever owned. I came back a couple of times because they were broken and crooked, I had to wait for ever because no one wanted to help me even though there was alot of people around. I had one guy literally look over at me then continue to ignore me. I finally got an older guy to help me but he didn't fix them properly so they're still crooked. Guy had bad body laungauage and a smug attitude, as if he's better than you. I won't be back.

This place is partners with the physicians office next door. It seems like a major conflict of interest as the physicians office strongly recommends Premier Optical and they are outrageously overpriced. Check them out for yourself and compare pricing. Beware that the eye doctors are somehow compensated for recommending Premier Optical. I actually think that they are owned by Dr. Arinella and associates. Very unprofessional.

I've been a customer of Premiere Optical for many years. Their service is fast, courteous and accommodating. Last year my prescription Oakley sunglasses developed a haze on one lens and they were past warrantee date. Premiere Optical advocated on my behalf with Oakley to get the expensive lens replaced. That was a big deal to me. Their opticians are knowledgeable and professional and always pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love going here. I've only been twice but Dr. Arinella is always quick but thorough. He's very good at explaining things if you have any questions or concerns. I'm absolutely horrible at telling which is clearer when testing out lenses and he's very good at being able to read my reactions to tell which is better for me, even if I cannot, which is a sign of a good doctor.

The absolute best and only place I will ever buy glasses from. Everyone there appears to be an optician so they can answer any question you may have. There is no bureaucratic nonsense and no annoying customer service people. They also have the best selection anywhere including Silhouette frames which I love. I have shopped around and their prices are comparable to Pearle Vision and similar places but the quality, service and value is unmatched.

I've bought 4 pairs of glasses here in the past 5 years. I can't say enough good things about them.
First, the employees are nice, patient, and willing to go the extra mile to help you. A few years ago they went out of their way to order a replacement arm from France for my glasses, even though they were past their official warranty period. This week i broke my current glasses, far beyond repair. While i spent 3 hours agonizing over which new pair i wanted, they were more than willing to un-tint my prescription sunglasses so i would have something to wear this week while i wait for
