All orders are shipped from our office via USPS (First Class or Priority). Tracking details will be provide to you via email once your order has shipped. You may upgrade your shipping on the order checkout page. If you are ordering frames with prescription lenses. Your order will ship once your eyewear is complete and passes inspection.

What do I need before ordering? A. You need an glasses prescription from your eye doctor. You will also need to provide your pupillary distance measurement-PD. The pupillary distance is the distance between your pupils and should be included on your prescription. Be sure to ask your doctor or optician if you don't already know this measurement.

I chose eyeglassx because their website stated a two week turnaround for prescription sunglass lenses in my frames. I found cheaper places but was more concerned with getting the glasses faster. My frames were in their lab on 11/1, they weren't shipped back to me until 12/8 (I was told on 11/28 that my order was finishing up). They also don't tell you that they ship with a signature required so you will likely have an additional day or two delay unless you don't work. I reached out multiple times to find out the status since they were running late and requested that they expedite

Just replaced RX lenses in my two sunglasses frames Prada and Ray Ban.
Ordered one set of senses first :POLARIZED SUNGLASS LENSES Hi-INDEX - 1.67 for $299 minus 10% discount.
. Job was finished in two weeks as promised. My sunglasses look like new again. Ordered second frame with same lenses replacement jus different color. Glasses were finished in two weeks again, lenses look perfect.

I used Eyeglass X one other time and had a great experience. I used them in June and something has changed. My glasses that I shipped to them for replacement lenses were ruined by these people. They came back, 2.5 inches too wide for my head. Their answer? They had to heat them up to get the lenses into them. I have been wearing glasses for 30+ years and I have never had a pair of frames melted and shaped to the point that they don't fit on my head. Not to mention it took them over a month to get them to me.

Horrible service and communication. First they say for a week my frames did not arrive. I track UPS and they were delivered. A week goes by I message multiple times. Finally answer and they state the glasses would be at least another two weeks. I had them send them back. I would stay away from this place!!

I was a little nervous sending my $400 sunglasses frames out to a company that looked a bit... sketchy, based upon the website. I really didnt want to have to buy lenses at Lenscrafters, as they were $174 for single vision. I took a chance on EyeglassX, and I am so glad I did. When my sunglasses were sent back with the new lenses, they looked absolutely perfect, and the lenses were a bit darker than the LC version, which I loved. I would 100% recommend this company!!

I was hesitant to order new HD Progressive Transitions lenses for my expensive frames online but the cost of replacement lenses was half of what they would cost at a local optical shop. I took a chance and I’m very pleased with the results. I sent my frames with old lenses, my prescription and pupillary distance. I expected a two week turnaround but when I checked three weeks after they received my glasses, I was told that my lenses were a special order. It was four weeks before I received my glasses but the outcome was worth the wait.

Customer service was slow. I am on the west coast and they are on the east coast and usually there was 1/2 to 1 day delay in communication via email.
I had to send an email to ask if they received my frames because USPS didn't confirm tracking properly and eyeglass x did not confirm receipt of frames as I expected. They did confirm receipt of my prescription in a timely fashion, so I expected a better communication experience.
I was unable to talk to anyone by phone, only got voice mail each and every time I called. I expressed my displeasure with this via email and was told to leave a message

My husband has expensive frames that he wanted to keep. I ordered him the HD progressive lenses with anti-glare. To order was fast and easy. The turn around to get his glasses back was a little over 2 weeks. The only thing i didn't like about the transaction was that they didn't inform us that they received the glasses. After over 10 days of no contact I started to panic and sent an email, they didn't respond. I called an no answer. Repeat customer! This is the third time I have sent my frames to EyeglassX for new lenses. I have several pairs of glasses that I love and, as my prescription changes, I like to have new lenses put in. They do a perfect job and my frames are returned in better condition than I sent them! I was hoping that this would be a rave review. Unfortunately, it's a rant. I sent my mirrored Raybans to them to get prescription mirrored lenses. (My eyes are very photosensitive and mirrored lenses work best.) I was told they would be returned in 3 weeks max.
It has been over a month and they never got done. I have a file filled with excuses, apologies, and empty promises to get them done. In the end, I had to resort to using their chat robot to get anyone to tell me what was going on.
I will never use their service again. They managed to scratch a lens, create the wrong ones, and apparently

I sent my favorite sunglasses frame for Rx lenses replacement. To my dismay, upon opening up the padded package, I found the frame broken in three places! These were out of production frames and I feared I would never replace them. However, they went out of their way to find an exact replacement (I'd say in better condition than mine), asked me to send the lenses and broken frame back, and they replaced it! They sent them back in a metal container to protect if from postal damage. All at no extra charge.
I'd recommend them highly - very customer satisfaction
