If you haven't tried Cuban food before at our restaurant, you should probably give it a try. We use homemade and natural products in our cooking which sets us apart from our competitors. All the dishes are prepared in the kitchen as we are very particular about the quality of food we serve. Casa Carlos Restaurant is the eighth restaurant of the owner who has over 30 years of experience.

I have been eating from this place since they open, today I ordered two boliches with vegetables, salad and tostones and everything was so good, cooked to perfection, the sauce paired the meat perfectly,the meat melted in my mouth like butter, never seen before crunchy vegetables in a cuban restaurant in Miami and the salad and tostones were great.

Would not recommend. Food is bland and the service is sub-par. This is not authentic Cuban food as they claim. Authentic Cuban food has flavor. We had crossed them off our list of places but decided to try again and it was instant regret.
Also, they over charge and are not transparent with their menu. We kindly let them know and there was no correction to the bill. We paid it anyway and decided instead to warn others not to make our mistake.

Stumbled upon this cute restaurant with awesome delicious Cuban food. The menu has special items that they added for their own take on cuisine. I had the Cuban inspired Eggs Benedict with choice of shredded beef or pork. I opted with the pork because it comes with a pickle on top! Absolutely delicious! We will be coming again.

This place is so good. The food is excellent the prices are great and the service is good. The owners make you feel so welcome. There is an atmosphere of home here. I come here a lot and the just added to the Breakfast menu a healthier skillets. The skillets are called grumpy and are numbered you can pick how you want your eggs. Hubby got grumpy 1 and I got the new one (see photo). I highly recommend this place

If I could rate this lower than one star, I would rate it -10 stars. This was not only the worst Cuban food I’ve ever had but the worst food I’ve ever had, PERIOD. Everything was either over cooked, undercooked, or both (which was impressive). We literally spit the food out because it was so bad. First off they sat us in a corner and then forgot they sat us here for about 30 mins. When they did remember we were there, they took another 20 mins to get us drinks. Everything that came out after that was bland, burned, and undercooked. I ordered 4 croquettes and I got it after everything was finished

I've known of Casa Carlos since it opened but hadn't gone in for lunch until today. We ordered the specials of the day; Vaca Frita, rice blacks beans, Fricase de Pollo, white rice and side of chicharro. One bite of the fricase and I was taken back to my grandmothers kitchen, in a very good way. The service was fantastic. I will definitely be returning soon.

Casa Carlos is not what it use to be.. before COVID I use to enjoy coming here and ordering food from them. But ever since COVID of last year their service and delivery has been awful. Orders miss a lot of items and sometimes the order run very late when delivered. Some of the staff are very nice but lately they have not been. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment.

10 stars ⭐️. This would be the best Cuban food found anywhere in Miami. All freshly prepared, made to order meals with fresh ingredients of high quality. I want to try absolutely everything on the menu and would eat here 5 days a week if possible. The owner works the front of the restaurant and ensures every order is perfect and every customer is greeted and welcomed. If you want fast food, don’t come here. If you want average meals , don’t come here. If you want to be ignored and treated like a number, don’t come here.

My family and I, a party of 7, waited 15 mins for the waitress, they did not even bother to offer us water, while we saw two cooks in the kitchen waiting to make food and the manager or owner just sitting by the cash register on her phone, we normally go to larger latin restaurants but wanted to support smaller business, poor service made us leave, to bad, we spent over 160 at the next restaurant, customer service needs improvement.

Terrible service!!! I ordered for delivery and the driver NEVER showed up. When I called after waiting over an hour the girl on the phone said that the delivery guy left with my order. Well 15 minutes later still nothing and then I called Grub Hub to complain and a lady who I couldn't understand called Casa Carlos and then came back saying she couldn't resolve a thing. She offered to refund my money in 5 working days, great. Needless to say I will never order from Casa Carlos again nor will I encourage my friends to do so. Thanks for nothing Casa Carlos / Grub Hub!

We visited Casa Carlos around 1100am on Saturday for breakfast as a family of 5. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating to us. They quickly joined 2 tables together and sat us with menus. They have condiments and silverware all individually wrapped to comply with Covid guidelines. Everyone wore masks. The restaurant was clean and inviting. We had typical breakfast items- the pancakes, eggs, bacon,Cuban toast cafe con leche. Everything was delicious. I've had the pleasure of picking up coffee to go at this location on several occasions while working. I always told myself I would come back and eat here in person. Well, on the day of my brothers virtual graduation, I decided to bring the family here, I was in the mood for some good tasting Cuban food. Local Cuban food and helping a small business is a win win.. why go to the big chains like a Sergio's, Casavana, La Carreta ? Keep it local and support, and I did.

This place is amazing. The restaurant is very quaint and the staff treated us just like family. Even the owner came by several times to check on us. The food was outstanding. We had the carne asada and masas de puerco with sides of white rice, arroz congri, and tostones. The portions were very generous and the preparation was excellent. Everything was bursting with flavor.

I eat here with my baby as our morning date and I absolutely love this restaurant. We are always welcomed as family, the waitress is the absolute sweetest and the owner is a dream. Never have I experienced anything but utmost professionalism even when dealing with the most taxing issues. My son loves their ham croquetas and there Cuban eggs Benedict dish is totally delish. My husband is a fan of their lunch sandwiches especially the pan con bistec and the chicken sandwich. All the food is affordable and prepared fresh on the spot. Definitely a great spot to sit down and calmly enjoy a Latin meal
