Shane has managed two properties for me for over three years. He takes all responsibility off my shoulders---keeping the places rented, dealing with tenants, dealing with maintenance issues, advising me when rents should be increased, etc. He is aggressive and knows the Arizona real estate market. Don't know what I'd do without him!!

We just signed our renewal for a 3rd year to live in our rental house and we couldn't be happier! We love our neighborhood and love living in a large house with a pool. Our goal is to purchase a house by the end of this lease and it's super convenient that Shane our property manager is also a real estate broker and can help us with the transition AND transaction. Renting a house is a bit more expensive than renting an apartment but for a family of 4 an apartment just doesn't work for us. AZ Home Renters has been super easy to deal with, out rent just comes out of our account
