We are celebrating our 30th year in Lionville - Exton PA! Keeping with our business plan of "something for everyone", we take pride in being the Local Favorite. When I opened my first restaurant in 1982, I set the goals high and my business plan was to offer the best food and best selection with continued reasonable prices.
Our philosophy-and our mission-is to serve healthy food made on-site daily with the freshest, best-quality ingredients. In fact, we start at 6:00 AM most mornings in the interest of preparing your food fresh and from scratch. Soups - Our tantalizing soups are made from fresh stocks that are a by-product of the meats we slow roast and the fresh chicken we hand cut, no artificial bases.ever.
We will be glad to help plan your party. We will help you figure quantities and give you a quote. Please give us a call at 610-594-9900 and one of our managers will be happy to assist you. Quantities - most times you can allow 5 ounces of meat per person or 2/3 of a hoagie or one wrap per person. The quantities listed for some items are approximations only and consider that there is other food being served.
We utilize Call Ahead seating in order to reduce wait times during our busy dining hours. However, if your party consists of 4 or less, we have found that you will generally be seated quicker by just walking in. Please keep in mind that Call Ahead is NOT a reservation. More simply, it puts you on the waiting list (should there be one in place).
Earn 500 points and you're "In the Family"! For every 500 points earned you'll receive a $10 credit to spend towards any of Ron's Retail Items (t-shirts, pint glasses, salt grinders, etc.). Unfortunately, over the years customers came from everywhere to get the free Ovals only twice a year. What that did was create a negative effect on our "regular customers" who dine with us throughout the year.

I give this place 5 stars bc they really have an amazing menu and hardworking staff. I've been here multiple times and the service has always stood out 10/10. Tonight was no different. Everything we ordered was delicious. The menu is very expansive. The cheesesteak stromboli was so good tonight can't wait to try again. Def recommend :)

My wife and I have been to Ron's three times now. Our daughter attends WCU and we always look for new, yummy places to eat when we visit (we live 2 hours away). LOOK NO FURTHER THAN RON'S!!
The menu may seem a little intimidating, but EVERYTHING we have had so far has blown us away!! We'll keep coming back each time we visit and I will cry a little once our daughter graduates because we will miss Ron's!

Due to the pandemic, we have been getting delivery on a somewhat regular basis. We always get the classic dinners like salmon and chicken or turkey. Just had the turkey with carrots and a cauliflower medley with veggies in it. It was very good, especially the cauliflower. They do a great job on these dinners and so tasty. The other thing is that I cant believe how hot it is when it arrives. Never have to reheat that I can recall. thanks

I don't come here often because I don't live nearby, but I eat here occasionally when visiting family in the area. The food and service have always been phenomenal. I'm actually considering disowning one of my children because he didn't like their mac n cheese and asked for Kraft when we got home later. They state on the menu that they're committed to using fresh, quality ingredients and you can taste that commitment in the food.

We used to live in the area 30 years ago, and would go here when it was Ron's Schoolhouse. Â Was a small Italian type Pizzeria, with red and white checkered tablecloths, and with Ovals. Â Which Ovals were something different back then. Â We came back today and took my family. Â It is amazing what you have done with the place in expanding. Â Now a 5 star restaurant.

The homemade dressings impressed me the most. I ordered the quinoa salad with the Modena (balsamic) dressing. It was big, colorful and delicious. Absolutely perfect. Wish I took a picture.
My husband had a chicken (pollo pesto?) pressed sandwich (not a panini but can't remember the name) He raved about it.
My daughter had the caprese sandwich and loved it.
Oldest son had Reuben and gave it a thumbs up.
Youngest son had chicken wings and said they were good. I tried the blue cheese dressing and thought it was super.

Solid restaurant thats been here for a long time. Vast menu so they're bound to have something to satisfy everyone's taste. The bar can be a little dark, but then again that makes for a more entertaining evening. They have also added more outdoor seating to accommodate COVID restrictions, including an outside bar. Come and enjoy.

We enjoyed this place. In short the food was great and service was excellent. We had a mix of dishes from spaghetti with creamy pesto, to tortellini with Alfredo. Both pastas we great and of course super filling. I had a spicy chicken dish, silcian chicken that came with mash potatoes. I really enjoyed it. Was also way more food than I could eat. I also had a local raspberry wheat beer that was surprisingly good. My only complaint is lighting was a bit dim but that just my old eyes not as good as they use to be.

I was there with my husband at about 9:30 tonight. We ended up here randomly (we live an hour away) and I was very impressed with the food! Well definitely be returning to try more of the menu.

We've been here maybe three or four times now and each time, the food was good. Except that one when the risotto came out waaaaay to salty. Come to think of it, almost all of the meals my wife and I ordered were on a salty side, but we normally don't mind that. This one was over the top, but it was quickly and effectively fixed and I enjoyed it thoroughly!
The last visit was really memorable, though. The Short Rib Pomodoro over polenta was great! Flavorful, plentiful (enough leftovers for another meal

Went here thinking I was gonna get mouth watering food but I was mistaken. Nothing special wasn't bad but wasn't good. Friendly employees. Jumbo shrimp where small and over priced only got 5 of them. Cheesesteaks were nothing special nothing go "mmm Ron's taste like victory" more like "mmm Ron's taste like something I would eat at 2 in the morning drunk".

Without a doubt recommend this spot! Got the Pesto gnocchi with chicken n shrimp (yum!), my bf got a burger with amaze sweet potato fries!
Food was delish, and our waiter (i believe Georgie? Super cute lil blonde bartender) was super awesome and attentive, honestly i cant tell you the last time i had such great service it was so refreshing. I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled to because of the quality of service and solid foods. Will be back next time im in this neck of the woods!

Just recently moved to the area and I'm sure glad we gave Ron's a try. It's a clean cozy neighborhood bar and restaurant. When we first checked out their menu we were nervous because it was huge. Me and my wife thought this has to be mainly frozen reheated food. Boy were we wrong. Our waiter informed us everything is freshly made in house. They weren't lying. We have been here 3 times in the past month and everything we have tried is 5 stars. So far my favorite is the hand carved roast beef. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Ordered for pick up on a busy Friday evening, and the experience was phenomenal. Our food was perfect, exactly like we had ordered, and was really reasonably priced. They have a huge selection of take out beer, and they had one of my favorites that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. The staff was super friendly and were clearly working hard, but they treated everyone in there with kindness and a smile (beneath their masks of course!).
