Located in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in the Walt Disney Resort, the quality of food here is exceptionally fresh and beautifully presented and, although the meals are expensive, you will not leave hungry. The service is impeccable and so is the atmosphere. It's the perfect place to celebrate an anniversary or any other kind of special celebration without the kids.
Most people come for the theme parks and our Kissimmee condo for rent is within 10 minutes of all the Orlando attractions. Visit Discovery Cove and swim with the dolphins. You could play golf nearby. There is a wide choice of golf courses, including a Nick Faldo course or visit nature reserves.

For car hire - a tip - try Alamo. They tend to give you the next available car, even if it is an upgrade from the car you booked. You can always upgrade if you don't like the car offered at the time. Booking as far as possible in advance can save 000s. Although it is most common to rent a car, there are many who do not want to or cannot drive.
Rental Price does not include the tourist tax of 13.5%. This is an extra charge. We allow a minimum rental period of 4 nights - but periods of less than 6 nights attract a cleaning charge of $65. Cleaning before you arrive and after you depart is included for all rentals of 6 nights or more. Refundable Security Deposit of $170.00 to be held against breakage/damage will be required 60 days in advance of your arrival date.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well furnished and equipped. The kids liked having breakfast on the balcony. The pool was an added bonus and perfect for the kids to splash around in with plenty loungers and shade around it to relax. The complex was very peaceful and quiet with plenty parking.
