HORRIBLE. This place has gone down hill tremendously.. it has essentially turned into a childrens playground. There are kids working out here that are so young it doesn’t seem legal (how are 10 year olds using equipment not a liability??) this place is SWARMED with rude and inconsiderate high school kids that leave this gym a mess on a daily basis. It’s clear why they’re losing members left and right. You also know it’s bad when they have signs posted around the gym that if you take your shirt off your membership will be canceled. You’re better off joining planet fitness.

Horrible customer care.... no sauna, water founded , closes 2 hours before closing time, charges an extra $80 a year for no reason, black mold in the bathroom and hall way, half the machines are always broken, tight spaces everything and everyone is on top of each other, if you think signing up to this gym is something for you don’t forget when you sign up they lock you in for a year and there’s no way out and if you get a friend to join all you get is a big fat nothing. Training station just takes your money and doesn’t care about you as a individual.

This gym is horrible. They are scammers. I canceled my membership towards the end of my pregnancy. I noticed they kept charging my account. I called and spoke with a manager and he gave me the run around and said he had to look through the files. I gave him a few days and called back and said he still didn't look through them. Waited a few more days and he said they couldn't find it so they accused me of never canceling and got away with charging me hundreds of dollars.

Considering none of the others are trustworthy viewers if you look at their profiles I wouldn't trust it. I've been here a few times for pre-competition lifts and it's really nice. Very clean and not crazy busy of a gym. The bathrooms are super clean and they provide you with all sizes of towels. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the showers, steam room and a sauna...if you want more than that for what you're paying than you can only go to lifetime fitness which is $100 more. A gym is a gym, you go there to lift not to socialize, it's what you make of it. This place

I just joined and love this place. They are very clean, have a great atmosphere and have top notch equipment.
I had orientation with Jason. He answered any questions I had and gave me fantastic tips on how to better my workout routine.
It's well worth the cost of membership, I'm very glad I joined here .

Canceling my membership with this gym has been a nightmare. I gave the proper 30 days' notice (I was moving) and my account was still charged the following month. I call to dispute the charges, am told that they can't find the paperwork saying that I had canceled but said they would call me back. Never called back. I called back again, was given a lame apology about the lack of communication, and was assured that my refund had gone through. I was told to call back in one week if I didn't see the refund on my account.
Sure enough, one week later, the refund was still not there. I

Regarding Lisa Blick's clothing (BLICK.COM): There is no way to tell if a product will hold up just when you hold it your hand with the tags on. Until you wear it once, wash it (according to the manufacturers instructions as I did) and look at the product again to see how it holds up will a purchaser know if this product is worth the money. Her products do not hold up after JUST ONE WASHING. I don't care about her policy which does not make sense anyway. She does not stand behind her products! That is the point here! Purchase your work out clothes outside of The Training Station!
