My son had a wonderful experience getting his first vision exam here! He was nervous at first but Dr. Cao's calm demeanor really made him feel at ease. I was so nervous taking my 16th month old baby for her first eye exam because I knew for sure she would cry and not sit still. When I made the appointment, I even warned the gentleman on the phone, that this first time baby patient will cry haha. He reassured me that I will be in good hands with Dr. Cao and he was so right. Dr. Cao was not only kind, thorough, knowledgeable but extremely patient with her. My baby came in for an increasing amount of eye discharge and was afraid it would develop into an infection. I've been having difficulty driving on highways for the last few years. I would feel dizzy and have this feeling like motion sickness. I recently read that it could be a result of Binocular Vision. Dr Cao was recommended to me by a friend. I had an excellent experience with her. She was very detailed with her exam and she definitely made me feel comfortable having my eye exam during this time of COVID. I know everything was already sanitized before my visit because at the end of our visit she mentioned she was going to sanitize for next patient. I must say Dr. Cao...hands down has the most patience with kids. Every other Optometrist we've taken them before to had a full day schedule booked up and rushed to see the next patient. Dr. Cap on the other hand made sure she booked enough time to see both our children, fully examined their eyes (also kid friendly ways) and praised them after by giving them prizes. Went for my annual eye exam and it was awesome just as I expected it to be. They were really clean and sanitary and they made sure to clean everything that I touched due to pandemic protocols. I work in healthcare and really appreciated the peace of mind this gave me. Dr Cao was really thorough with her exam and explained every step to me. The office is located in a new building right off of Las Tunas & San Gabriel. Very easy to find with plenty of parking available. Dr. Cao provides great service and answers any questions you may have. We had many questions regarding Lasik and it’s procedure and she referred us to an office. During our visit, she allowed me to try on many contact lens to my comfort and didn’t make it seem as if I was wasting their product even though I felt like I was. Dr. Cao really is amazing. I had a emergency eye issue 2 days ago and really needed to be seen. She immediately saw me and could not be sweeter, more professional and compassionate. She was gentle and explained everything to me step by step as she was examining my eye. Dr. Judy Cao is very enthusiastic, positive, and very caring doctor. My boyfriend was having some issues with his eyes and scheduled an appointment at Vizen. She explains everything in detail, answer any questions you at have, and takes her time with her patients.

Dr. Cao was super professional, informative, and caring. My 3 year old son was feeling uncomfortable with his eyes for the last 5 days... We were waiting for this whole coronavirus to die down, but as the days went by he was feeling more uncomfortable and his eyes started to hurt. Dr. Cao is amazing and so is her staff. I told her my last exam was more than 3 years ago so she gave me a really thorough exam. She explained every step and details of what she was doing.
