Monmouth Academy of Ballet offers world class ballet instruction seldom found outside major metropolitan areas. Our studio is conveniently located in Red Bank, NJ at the heart of the arts community in Monmouth County. Our mission is to enrich the lives of our students, enabling them to experience and enjoy the many benefits of ballet.
Monmouth Academy of Ballet offers beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers a complete curriculum of professional instruction from September through June of each year. Our curriculum incorporates the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus which is the most comprehensive and purest of the classical syllabi currently available to ballet teachers.
Monmouth Academy of Ballet offers a creative and comprehensive summer program for advanced dancers as well as beginners, intermediates and adult enthusiasts. Dancers are invited to enroll regardless of current dance school affiliation. This class will be a learning and development opportunity for young girls and boys.
Adult ballet classes are a great way for you to get and stay in shape, reduce stress, exercise your brain as well as your body and meet new friends in a relaxed and cordial environment. Classes are for adults of all ages and experience levels and are held from September through June. Registration is open throughout the year, so it is never too late to come dance with us.

Ellen has the expertise unlike any other ballet teacher out there. Her passion and knowledge that she pours into every class, every movement, and for every student is admirable and hard to find. The studio is clean, incredibly organized, and the class curriculum is carefully thought-out. They make sure they are providing each student with the instruction they need and deserve. I would recommend this place to anyone in New Jersey that wants to learn from the very best!

Best place ever! !! Miss Ellen is so professional and kind. You can feel her enthusiasm in ballet and teaching. Her years professional experience makes she notices any improper movement and uses the best explanation to makes students to understand. She even sets on the floor to show me how to move toes. It is my luck can take course from here. And the environment is nice. Dance room are new and pretty. In my class, every one is so nice. The tuition fee is totally worth. Large Parking lot nearby.

The best ballet school I've been to. I love the adult program so much. A few classes into it and I felt much more calm and even energy throughout my daily tasks as a full time parent and a professional. My body responds great to the technique and movement and has gotten strong, lean and curvier! I've always loved ballet but never realized that there will be that many benefits on a physical, mental and emotional levels! My daughter signed up too after she witnessed my own transformation!
