They are very nice, but they don't know when sombody move from other state to california and put the application there , this is means old address not work any more and they have to return your appliction deposit fee in some address in california not to the old address you been before, when i putt application there they ask me the address i told them this is my old address and she said it,s ok after 10 days i called and ask them about my money and they said send us new address , and my $500 still on hold 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We moved to Park Pointe in June 2019. It’s been about 7 months and I have not one complaint. Anytime I place a work order, the issue is fixed within 2 business days, the apartment itself is amazing (upgraded appliances, w/d and central heat & air), and the community is nic. We have 2 pools, a dog run and gym that is 24 hours. It is worth the rent for sure. Everyone in the office is nice and attentive. Tyler was the person to assist us with our tour and application. The entire procces was smooth and she was very kind. We received great customer service from her and everyone at the office. Plus

We just moved to this place and we received amazing application/tour and move in service. Rita (from Park Pointe) helped us a lot and she was on top of every step that was needed from us or by us. Our unit was super clean and move in ready. Highly recommend this place

I've been a resident here at Park Point for nearly 2 years. My time here as been pleasant to say the least. I had a beautiful view of the mountains over looking the neighboring park. I use the gym and hung around the pool quite a bit also. The worker in the leasing office were always nice and the manager was reasonable and works with you.

We lived at park pointe over five years ago. We live in a one bedroom by the office. We love the apartments, office team, Joanne and maintenance everyone is nice and helpful. We enjoy all the amenties, the gym and the bbqs. We recommand park pointe to everyone. The best place to live in Rancho San Diego

We love this community. It is well taken care of it's obvious that the company cares about the community. The amenities are lovely and taken well care of and are available to us as best they can be especially during this very tough time. The leasing staff is always helpful and polite and efficient and caring. Especially during these times the company and employees have all been very helpful and understanding and patient and it is well well appreciated. Maintenance Crews and the maintenance employees are absolutely wonderful. They can take care of maintenance problems quickly and efficiently and
