Todd and the trainers at Action Personal Training have been working with us at the Fort Washington Fire Company for over 7 years now. They run boot camp training sessions for the members twice a week as well as a nutritional education component. The trainers have been amazing managing the classes to support all physical skill levels. Additionally, they have assisted us on certifying our members on the proper way to use the fitness equipment in the firehouse. Action Personal Training has been invaluable resource for our members.

Action Personal Training has brought fitness training to our fire station in Skippack, Pa for over a year now. We started physical fitness training last year with Todd and his staff as part of a multi-week workout program at our station. We encorprated nutrition eduction into our efforts also.
We brought Todd back this year on one of our Thursday training nights. We spent one hour on the back apparatus pad working out and learning more about fit-for-duty exercises we can do at the station anytime. I worked with Todd for two years and he was an amazing trainer! He knows what you are capable of and just how far to push you so that you keep progressing. The variety in the workouts was great. I did most of my sessions at the Spa, which gave us the ability to use machines, free weights, and the outdoors to really mix things up. Though I am now away at college, I always make a point to fit in a session or two when I'm home on breaks. My

A great investment of time, effort and money! Have been working out with Todd for nearly 10 years and I have continued to improve my physical capabilities, strength and ability to maintain an active lifecycle (cycling, competing and outdoor pursuits). Through a combination of carefully monitoring my progress on a session-by-session basis, adherence to consistency and strict form, Todd has enabled me to continue to achieve my personal fitness goals.
