Fuoco is Italian for Fire, one of the crucial elements needed to make an authentic Pizza Napoletana. Our fire burns at nearly 1000 degrees, fueled only by wood in our hand-made oven. This oven is a creation of love by master artisan Stefano Ferrara.
Hand-built near Naples, Italy using volcanic sand from Mt. Vesuvius, Santa Maria bricks from the Campania region of Italy and Biscotto di Sorrento from Sorrento, Italy, it can handle the extreme temperatures required to make this unique product.Pizza was created in Napoli. This place is great!! They have so many different types of pizza to choose from. Very thin pizza, delicious! My favorite was the pepperoni! They also have dessert pizza which I need to try next time I go. I would definitely recommend. Heads up: parking on a Friday night is a challenge at this location. Be prepared to walk.

This pizza is just really really good. While the sauce is delicious, the star of the show is definitely the dough! The crust is so chewy and crispy, and the toppings don't reach near the edges so you really get a lot of it. The margherita pizza is simple but delicious, it really lets the quality of the ingredients shine through. My favorite was the "Bacon & Bleu" special pizza - candied bacon, caramelized onion, Gorgonzola, balsamic glaze. It was very heavy and even sweet, but so tasty! And save some space for dessert, the Nutella pizza was amazing - exactly what you would expect

I always get the Margherita pizza & the cheese and sauce just mix so perfectly to just melt in your mouth! Everyone I bring here absolutely loves their pizza!
Don't come here expecting New York style pizza. Come expecting authentic, truly amazing pizza! If you are in the area, you just have to come here!
The service has always been pleasurable! The bathrooms and establishment have been up to par. So far

Black truffles on everything?! yesssss please. from the outside this place looks dark & closed. I decided on the black truffle pizza & ricotta black truffle appetizer.
pizza- extremely oily and greasy. theres no pizza sauce so its kinda like bread with cheese and truffles. it was good but needed some sauce or less oil. im interested to try the other pizza. (i like how they ask if you want the pizza cut) the pizza is 12" which is 4 big slices.

Fuoco has delicious thin crust, pizza-oven pizzas (wide range of styles) and nutritious tasty salads too. The pear salad with raspberry vinaigrette is a fav.

AMAZING pizza spot in Fullerton - everything is freshly made, satisfying and delicious. The mozzarella bar was so good as an appetizer - with fresh creamy burrata and the best storemade pesto. The Contadina pizza had sausage, bell peppers and mushrooms and it was fresh out of the oven. The marinara sauce and mozzarella were fantastic. My favorite was the pizza dough and the chewy crust. Highly recommend for a lunch & dinner spot in Fullerton!

Went with my cousins and I can't really remember what they got, but we started off with a truffle ricotta appetizer. Really good and creamy with a touch of honey. Someone had the Diavola? And Grotto Salumi? I had the Bianca and we finished it off with the Nutellamisu. Bianca was fantastic. Fyi it has no sauce. It has layers of cheese and arugula. The Nutellamisu is tiramisu with Nutella. If you like Nutella like we do, definitely check it out!

This place is amazing! Decided to come here cause my fiancée and I were craving pizza. Let me tell you that everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.
We started with a salad (Rucolina if I'm not mistaken) and it was soooo good. My fiancée ordered the truffle pizza and I got the Capricciosa. My god, both were so yummy and perfect. I thought it was too much for two, but everything was delicious so we ate it all lol. Since it was Wednesday, we got the "wine Wednesday" promo; which consists of getting a bottle of wine for half a price, cool!

Definitely mediocre. We tried this place because of a tiktok which probably should've been the first sign we were being fooled.
I was particularly drawn in when they mentioned that Fuoco's has a license from the Italian government so I thought man, I HAVE to try this place.
We're so glad we didn't make the one hour trek to Fullerton and stopped on the way back home from a weekend get away instead.
The pizza was floppy and soggy as all the toppings slid off as you picked it up. Do NOT get the Quattro Formaggi. Not great flavors and the pizza was overwhelming. The margarita

We sampled two pizzas, the arugula/artichoke salad and a calzone. Note that portions are pretty large. The salad and calzone especially were huge.
The salad had freshly prepared artichoke hearts, arugula and very flavorful shaved Parmesan. Really great value!
Parking lot in rear of business. Downtown area had a cool charm with lots of dining options.

Parking can be a little bit of a pain but this place is worth it! We went on a Tuesday evening and were seated promptly. The tables got full pretty quickly. I got the Quattro Salumi, which was very tasty but a little on the salty side. My friend and I shared the Nutellamisu and the Limoncello Flute. The limoncello was refreshing but not really my style. The Nutellamisu was delicious! Lady fingers were a little dry but the Nutella made it delicious.

This is my husband's favorite pizza place by far... besides NY Pizzeria (which is NY style Pizza IYKYK).
We bring our kiddos here (3 &4) and they love it too. We always get a Margherita pizza for them, Saracena (favorite salad we all eat), & a spicy pizza that we get for ourselves.
Now we have tried almost everything on the menu and the most recent trip we had the spicy honey with goat cheese (its seasonal) forgot the actual name but you can find it on the little black menu stand on your table. HIGHLY

Looking for a quick dinner idea with my coworkers after a hectic day I looked up this place on my bookmark list and we decided to head over, we arrived right after work so around 5:30, and had no trouble getting a table. Seeing how fresh the pizzas were we thought we would wait a long time to get our food. We were all surprised when our food came out 10 minutes later.

If you are looking for freshly oven baked authentic Italian pizza, look no further! This place offered so many option! Place is spacious and open. We ordered a pear salad and two pizzas to share! The salad is very refreshing and light; perfect for the summer! The pizza is light, thin, soft and you don't feel as filling as the regular American pizza. The price is reasonable too! We didn't finish our pizza and salad! One price two meals!!!
