Good food, but the website and delivery process is complete garbage. I made an online order because the website said the store was open. It wasn’t. They took my money and I didn’t get notified. I had to go to the store in person to get a refund. I tried again and made sure the store was open. They took my money, told me it would be an hour, and I waited. After an hour when no food had arrived, I contacted the store and was told that there was no delivery driver. No one notified me of this. I left specific contact instructions that weren’t followed. When I asked for a manager I was told that

I ordered the lasagna and it was delicious, presentable and served hot and fast. The place was clean, and the service was courteous. It was not the best lasagna in my life but I'd eat it again.

We had three appetizers for dinner and were very impressed. This was our first visit here but won't be our last. The wings were good-sized and tasty. The cheesy garlic bread rolls were nice and the sauces that came with them were all delicious. The fries were good too.

The food is good and that's where the positive aspect of this review ends.
The service and timing of the place is horrid. I am a local and I keep trying to give them chances to actually be better. But it's just not happening.
Today, I placed a phone order and was told 20 minutes for their large pepperoni pizza. Nothing special. I arrive almost 30 minutes later and the pizza is not even started. The lady on the phone had just failed to put the order in. So instead of offering some compensation on the bill or putting a rush on my order, the staff just went on as normal. It is a shame I have to give this restaurant a two star. The ambiance is actually really hip and inviting. The waitress was very nice. Unfortunately, we found hair on a plat and a slice of pizza. I would suggest hairnets. I will say the restaurant was very generous in making up for the mistake. Be that as it may, what’s done is still done. Good luck.

Great pizza! We got there around dinner time, it was crowded but we managed to get a table, which they managed to clean very soon. They took our order promptly, and brought our drinks soon enough. We ordered two kinds of pizzas and although they took a little longer than expected, it was worth the wait. They were hot, the bread was perfect, not too thick nor too thin, but of course the main thing was the awesome taste. They had the proportions just right. Yummy pizza indeed, good service, and very clean restrooms. Highly recommend this place.

Was very good food from the pasta, pizza or wings everything was delicious. And the way they served the glass of water was something that I’ve heard of but never seen. Mint and lemon in the glass of water had a very sweet taste. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking to grab something to eat in the area.
