Not only does our studio offer quality instruction in a beautiful park-like setting, but our private location offers a getaway from the crowds and noise that you typically find in other fitness centers. Our studio is the only private boutique pilates studio in Burien that offers one-on-one personalized instruction and small group equipment classes. Group reformer classes never have more than 3 - 4 students in one class.

Services
Our studio observes a 24-hour cancellation policy. If cancellations are less than 24-hours for private lessons or group equipment classes you will be charged in full for that session. Since we are a small business, it is difficult for us to make exceptions to our policy and we appreciate your understanding.
I started Pilates with Jennifer after realizing I needed more guidance when it came to stretching, doing yoga, or any excercise, as I kept injuring myself. After working with Jennifer in private reformer classes for several weeks I am able to move forward with my goals for stretching and strengthening without the fear of re-injury.
Pilates is a whole body deep muscle conditioning method of exercise that focuses on proper posture and alignment of the spine. Men and women of all ages, complete beginners, stay at home moms, seasoned athletes, post-rehabilitation clients, pre and post natal women, seniors, people who were athletic in high school but haven't worked out in decades and everyone in between can do pilates because it is not a one size fits all type of workout.

Jennifer is masterful at translating the subtleties of Pilates to help her clients build a strong and healthy body. I have been attending her private sessions and classes for over three years and I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost 12 lbs and firmed up flabby parts I had lost hope about. Best of all, I have no joint aches or pains and can move freely in my beautiful body. Thank you, Jennifer for what you provide!

After having two kids in the past five years, my abdominal muscles became weak and my posture suffered as a result. I began to fear that if I did not strengthen my abs, I might end up with chronic low back pain. However, I was reluctant to try traditional abdominal exercises for fear of injuring myself. At New Life Pilates, Jennifer has taught me so many safe and gentle ways to exercise my abs that I would have never imagined. After three private sessions, I am already feeling a better body awareness and notice myself exercising my abdominals throughout the day. I always look forward to classes
