Innate Vitality
Innate Vitality is a small wellness studio located in the Brace Point community of West Seattle. We believe health is rooted deeply within each of us. It is through balance, self awareness, movement and happiness that we cultivate and increase our sense of health and well-being. Innate Vitality offers a wide variety of modalities to tailor to each person's health and wellness journey.

We offer yoga, Pilates mat and equipment classes, and nutrition support. Both small group classes and private sessions are available, you choose what best suits you.
Services
This yoga class focuses on increasing flexibility & relaxation through gentle movement. The class will begin by warming the body up with gentle flow, closing with deep stretching and focused breath. The perfect way to release the tension from the day & send you home centered and uplifted!

This class is designed for beginning to intermediate participants who are looking for a floor workout that builds core strength, increases flexibility and uses various props for added challenge as strength and stability develops.The five basic principles of STOTT Pilates are introduced as the foundation for all safe and efficient movement.
Tabitha has been doing Pilates on a weekly basis for the past 3 years. Her motivating motto is, "This is the one body I get to have, so I have to do the best I can with it." Tabitha is STOTT certified. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes providing participants a challenging experience through very intentional movement.
What we eat and our environment plays a huge role in the quality of our health. When the system becomes overloaded due to stress, breakdown begins on a cellular level. This breakdown manifests in a variety of ways: brain fog, heartburn, fatigue, aches and pains throughout the body, weight gain, decreased libido, allergies, PMS, etc.

I have been going to Innate Vitality for the last month or so and am so happy I found this place. Kara offers a great variety of classes: Barre, Pilates (mat and reformer), strength training, yoga and pre/post natal classes. The studio is small so you get plenty of one on one attention. Kara is always prepared for her classes and makes sure to target each muscle group in every class. I have definitely seen results! Could not recommend more.

I have been seeing Kara for several months now for personal training and I am seeing positive changes in my body and attitude toward movement and exercise.

Just over last few months of seeing her 1-2 times/week, I feel stronger, can actually see the results of our work together, and, importantly, I look forward to the workouts. I appreciate Kara's attention to form and technique, the variety of the workouts, and her positive outlook, plus she does her homework in advance of classes to make sure all her students get the most out of their time with her.
