This place was perfect! We usually camp for the hot springs, but decided to get a hotel instead. All the staff was amazing, there is a great slide, pool and hot tub here! Perfect for all ages. We brought two dogs and one of our dogs snuck out, explored the hotel and went in abandoned room. Got herself locked in, whined until another person the hotel told the guy at the desk. We had people searching for her, so even the other people staying in the hotel was so nice! Great tea and coffee, right next to the gondola, so you can plan a ride up almost any time. Hotels are difficult to rate because it depends on the value. This isn't what you would call a 5-star hotel but because of the price and such, it is great. The rooms are very comfortable, updated and very functional. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in the room which is so convenient.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. And dogs are welcome and treated like royalty!
Also, there is an indoor mini-water park and pool which kids absolutely love.

We have had such an amazing over the to experience this weekend. Claire at the front desk is phenomenal and extremely helpful. check in was smooth and easy, very friendly, clean, and COVID sanitized for sure.… Never had an issue getting a pool reservation during this knowing timesc with COVID. We had an issue with our 1st room unfortunately there was a rotten milk smell and then the bunk bed room the Cabel went out on the TV where the kids sleep, so that was a must ha ha. Claire went above and beyond to ensure we had a very present stay and all our needs were met. she immediately offered

I would definitely recommend this place! We stayed here for the first time this past weekend our family had the best time! Our room was very spacious with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed everything was very clean.… My kids couldn't get enough of the pool/waterpark. I can't wait to come back! Also it super close to everything we walked almost everywhere we went .
