AWESOME customer service. I brought them 2 pair of pants that needed to be hemmed and tapered to straight legs. I was doubtful driving off. However on the day of pick up both pair of pants were tailored exactly how I needed them to be. I'll definitely be returning soon. I needed to write this review to inform others. I moved to Lancaster and was looking for a cleaners to go to, and this is the one I care across. I thought it would also be convenient since I live right down the street. We had 2 incidents where the owner gives my fiancé's pants to another customer and doesn't not want to give me a discount after she gave his pants to the wrong person! Today we had another incident were we were missing his shirts! The owner said I was lying & she was going to check the cameras, which I didn't mind because I was not lying. Both owners were so rude to the situation

I took a football jersey that I only wore one time to get dry cleaned. (And keep in mind it was brand new, never dry cleaned) When I picked it up, I checked to make sure that I wasn’t missing any items. As I was checking, I noticed the number on the back of the jersey was damaged. I brought it to the attention of the owner, but the only response I got was “it was already damaged from prior dry cleaning when you brought it here”. I told him it has never been dry cleaned, so how could it have been damaged. And on top of that, they could of been honest with me and told me that they damaged my

Usually owner (Wife) is very respectful. I went in for a service today, and I didn’t agree with her price she quoted me on an alteration. I advised her I didn't agree, then she preceeded to ask me "Then why did I come there". I said well this business is in my neighborhood, which is what the business name is "Neighborhood Cleaners"...so I came to her first. And keep in mind, I've been giving this place my business since a teenager. But after her attitude and rudeness that she displayed, I've decided to never spend another dollar at this business.
