My wife called to obtain pricing to clean and preserve her wedding dress. She was told $220.00 for the service. We chose Vogue amongst others for this reason. We just picked up the wedding dress from the Miller Ave site to be told the service would cost $395.00. A suggestion moving forward, please make an attempt to disclose your pricing is tentative and subject to change. Had this been disclosed ahead of time, we would've at least been aware. Since this isn't the case, we feel cheated out of our money and will not recommend Vogue moving forward. Please be more honest and transparent

The lady working at Vogue cleaners in MV on Miller, Jamie, is rude and not helpful at all. Accusatory and rude. Go somewhere else if you want your dry cleaning on time and without a rude attitude. Or hopefully they'll find someone new.

I took my jeans to Vogue cleaners to get patched. Not only did they return my jeans with sewing needles still inside but they also did the worst patch job. The material they used was so thick and uncomfortable I was unable to wear them. On top of that it was very expensive. They ruined my favorite jeans.

I am allergic to the chemicals that dry cleaners use so I have to look for places that do not use harsh chemicals. Vogue cleaners is one that does not use harsh chemicals. I did feel two or three minor itchy spots the first few times I wore my coat bur after that.... Nothing! Thank you!

So, again, not sure why my review does not ring true to Yelp and was filtered, so I will post again. Even with a move to Larkspur, I will continue to use Vogue for my dry cleaning needs. Their service is great.

This service was absolutely awful from top to bottom.

Newly moved to the area. Since Vogue is the closest cleaners to my house and I have a ton of monthly dry cleaning I decided to check them out.

Presented the girl at the front with a stack of shirts to be laundered and one dress that needed dry-cleaning and spot treatment.

The girl looked at the dress and said, "Oh yeah...I don't really know. How long has that been there. Is it like coffee or something? I don't know if we can do that." With a highly skeptical look on her face, and a discouraging tone in her voice.

They are a little pricey, but totally worth it! On the few times (which is inevitable) that something goes wrong, they fix it and make sure that you feel good about it.

I've moved twice in the past five years and each time, stuck with them even when there are other dry cleaner's closer.

Totally recommend!

Wha? Is this some sort of backwards world, where the good places are really 'bad'?? We love Vogue! Husband's shirts are cleaned and ironed perfectly, and this is a man who has TOXIC ring around the collar. Buttons replaced, no charge. I go here for all clothing alterations for my short self -- Mae (May?) is da bomb. Sure it's a little pricier than a sweaty pit in the ghetto, but it's worth it for the service with a smile.

I've been contemplating on writing this review or not. After last night, it was clear that I should make this story known to potential customers.

I got married in Oct last year and paid good money for my dress because it's really important to me to keep the dress. After the wedding, I took the dress to Vogue because of the referral from "Wedding Gown Specialist" whose number was sewn into my dress. When I talked to the lady at "Wedding Gown Specialist", she seemed to really know what to do with the dress and warned me if I took it somewhere else people might mistreat

Having grown up in the area, my family has used Vogue Cleaners since I was a kid. When I moved back to the area, it seemed like the logical choice since they seemed like a known entity.

They are more expensive than the cleaners I used while living in San Francisco, but the quality of their cleaning and their service have always been quite acceptable.

Admittedly our cleaning needs a minimal - shirts laundered on a weekly basis and the occasional dry cleaning of suits - but everything has always come back clean and ready to wear.

An added plus is the pickup and delivery service, though we&apos
