Friendly staff and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. I had a suit cleaned this week and forgot to mention a loose button. I was pleasantly surprised to find they noticed and repaired it at no extra charge. Since I don't have frequent dry cleaning needs, I don't mind paying a few extra cents for great service!

Unfortunately, BOTH Mikes are quite the terror to deal with, I WOULD NEVER use this place again! ESP VINTAGE or EXPENSIVE garments!! After ruining a vintage Kimono, Mike #1 said that there were holes in the garment already and that's what happens, then when I tried to explain that Mike #2 had assured me that this wouldn't happen, Mike #1 began to YELL at me on the phone saying "Are you gonna let me speak?!? Clearly you don't want to listen" Then when I called back to speak to Mike #2 he took 3wks to get back to me, only because I called every 2-3 days. Mike #2 said that he thought Mike #1 was handling

I used this cleaners for over a year. I brought between 60- 80 garments to them every two weeks. I was spending over $300 per month at their business. They damaged one of my shirts a few months ago and they paid me 1/2 of the value of the shirt which was $55.00. Recently they damaged another shirt in the same manner and rather than accepting responsibility for their damaged, the manager suggested that I had damaged the garment myself with bleach. I explained to him that I dont even use bleach nor would I ever put bleach on a $135 ralph Lauren. They exclusively cleaned every garment that I have

I've been a customer here for 4 years! They are amazing. Never had any problems with any of my clothes, and the staff is always very welcoming and friendly. Recently I left a couple very valuable things in my pocket by accident and had no knowledge that I had. Both were returned to me! Makes me very happy that I picked this place 4 years ago.

The quality of their services is excellent. They are dependable, not inexpensive I recommend Sunshine laundry and dry cleaning to friends and family all the time because I know they will be as happy with the results as I have been. Do yourself a favor and take your sheets and shirts to sunshine.

I must drive past 20 dry cleaners just to get to this one. Excellent service and everyone is friendly. Great services for professional attire to look presentable for work. They also helped me out with a special request as far as my transactions for the year. No huffing and puffing, they simply did it and called me once my paperwork was ready to be picked up. Best laundry and dry cleaning in Dallas. This place has been around since the 40’s and run by the same family. Frank, the owner is so friendly, he and his team will take great care of you!

They have left deep, folded/pressed wrinkles in shirts of mine on three occasions now. Ive added pictures for clarification of what Sunshine Laundry and Dry Cleaners thinks is an appropriately done job.
Edit to add:
As I said, this is the third time this has happened. Both previous times, I called to let them know a mistake had been made, and they did redo the shirts well. The issue is that I have to bring everything back twice each time, and at other places they do it right the first time, not when you beg them to.
