I went to this dry cleaners because they are near my work & I needed 4 items cleaned quickly. FOUR items were $99!!!! There was nothing special about these garments - no beading, leather trim, etc. My jaw dropped open when the employee told me the total! I live in nearby Preston Hollow, which is also a very nice part of town. My cleaners would have only charged me around $40. Never again! Shame on you, DD French!

EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED. As a first time customer I went in to have two brand new dresses (not formals) dry cleaned. The customer service is less than satisfactory for a new customer - but the staff is very nice to their regulars. After raising a stink about a $50+ bill for the two dresses I was offered a 15% discount. If I had to do it over again I would have read reviews first, since the staff does not warn about outrageous prices.

For 2 dresses, a shawl, and a skirt, they charged $85. $25 per dress, $15 for the shawl, and $20 for the dress. Granted, we didn't check the prices ahead of time, and they did a fine job, but you can get a fine job done a million other places in town for half this. One star for ridiculously bad value. DD stands for disastrous deal. If we all steer clear of this place, hopefully they'll go out of business and something better will open in their spot. Sending hate rays your way, DD. Boo for you!

New comers beware! HIGH PRICES! I had no idea prices could vary so much between cleaners.
$56 later, my TWO very simple summer dresses are now clean, but they were not in need of TLC or any special treatment. I could have had them cleaned just as well for 1/2 the price by another reputable company nearby. I'm giving three stars bc IMO, if they are going to charge ridiculous prices they should warn first-timers. My fault for not asking about pricing ahead of time, I suppose. Lesson learned.

They took a heavily soiled white bedspread (the pets' favorite place to nap, naturally) and turned it sparkling white again. Removed all pet stains and a few drops of red wine that had been on it for a while. Remarkable job. Wasn't cheap but yes, you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend them. If they can't get it clean, no one can.

The price speaks the job!! Well done job on my suit!!! waistline belt loops on pants were well crested!!! Something I have ALWAYS bragged about on previous dry cleaners. No double lined on pants were present. These guys are specialist in detail!!They make sure you don't have anything on your pockets!! Thank you DD FRENCH for providing what a good service should be!!
