Amazing ambiance. Truly feels like a piece of Italy. We shared a glass of the Montepulciano and walked around the vineyard. It was a warm day but there are plenty of shady spots to relax and enjoy the scenery. Busy Sunday but not so busy that we felt rushed to give up our table. Plenty of parking. The drive is scenic and many other wineries near by if want to make a day of it.

I visited this Winery with my family last Sunday. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza, a roasted beef sandwich and a burger. All of them are nicely prepared and tasted delicious. I also ordered a set of wine tasting from Jake. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I have to admit that I am not an expert wine drinker so my rating is mainly on the foods and wine tasting/dining experience.

Nice place, pizza was good but service was horrible. Usually it takes around 30 or 40 minutes for order to be ready but this time we waited for our order for one and a half hour. We ordered just one pizza, salad, two pieces of cakes and shrimp skewers. Only pizza needed to be made fresh on our order, everything else was already premade. We saw people were getting their pizzas who ordered it after us and there was no apologies or anything like that. At least come to the table and let us know that we are not forgotten and if the wait time goes to a second hour offer some complimentary appetizers

Not bad for a deli style eating experience, as long as you realize that is what it is. Overall it is pleasant, and a cool place to hang out and drink a couple bottles of wine.
My steak Ceasar salad, was, again, for a deli style precooked venue, not bad at all. Hint: Bring your own knife, as a plastic set of cutlery isn't going through that steak.

Usually have a wonderful experience at this place, but the last time wasnt the case. We are members there and along with membership comes a birthday item at the Bistro. This time we got the take-N-bake pizza. We've had it there and it was very good ( they cooked it). This time, we took it home and baked it to the directions handwritten on the box (350*, 25 minutes). Doughy and unedible. Not fixable. We sent them an email explaining this, but no response. Nothing. Kind of dissapointed.

We arrived one recent late Saturday morning on a pretty September day. We found our way to the kitchen area and ordered a special $25 daily special, a medium size pizza and a bottle of Pinot Gris wine. Pizza was one of the best we've had in recent years, the wine was delightful and sitting outdoors, at large tables shaded by Umbrellas (allowing for15 feet or more of distancing from nearby tables) amidst the winery's manicured grounds made for a most delightful outing. The fact they had typed in Italian opera made it even more memorable. Will definitely go back!no

This is one of my new favorite places. The chicken pesto sandwich was to die for. You will not regret that choice. We also ordered a brick fired peperoni, pineapple, and roasted red pepper pizza. Wow, who needs any other pizza company in the county. This place has what you need. The food along with a nice glass of Zinfandel and Pinot Grecio. Now I know what you're thinking. Why only two types of wines? JK. Why the 4 stars and not 5 right? Well, I would say the only thing they need to change is the table service. This would be so perfect if you didn't have to hunt down your own table

Why haven't I visited the local wineries since I moved to El Dorado Hills? Our wonderful neighbors invited us to visit Villa Toscano today and what a fun day it was.
A short scenic drive from Folsom you will fine dozens of local wineries in the Amador Valley area. Today we visited Villa Toscano.
There is nothing negative to say about this experience. The facility is state of the art, with buildings designed to represent Italian villa style architecture. The facility has two areas for food. One is open for a buffet style lunch, while the other is designed for a la carte ordering. Today

Positives: great place for some lunch. Tri-tip sandwiches were very good. Pizzas were pretty good as well. They offer a buffet under the tent, but not so great food, I would definitely go inside and order food from their deli.
Negatives: why am I talking so much about their food but not their wine, after all this is a winery right? Well that's the problem there is a reason why they only have a three star rating in an area with over 40 wineries, their wine is only good to eat with their food. I don't believe their wine can stand in its own.
I suggest eat lunch here and drive up the

We went here one afternoon with friends who are members of their wine club. This place is really beautiful.
We went directly to the tasting room and tasting some wines. We all bought a few bottles too.
We chose a table outdoors and ordered lunch from their full kitchen. We shared wine we'd bought and had a very nice lunch. Their pizza was surprisingly good. I say surprisingly as I'd never expect a winery to make pizza from scratch. Well, this place does and it's excellent.
Others had burgers or grilled chicken/pesto sandwiches. The grilled chicken/pesto sandwich was really

The grounds are beautiful! The wine is lovely especially if you like bold Zins. My parents were club members for years before they moved outta state, and they were soooooo excited to finally take me here but something must have changed in the last few years. The woman (middle age dark hair) working the tasting room was AWFUL!!! Perhaps she was having a bad day but seriously don't make your customers feel like an inconvenience!! She was so rude from the second we walked in. If my parents hadn't planned to buy a case of their Old Vine Zin we would have walked right out. The tasting was uncomfortable
