Staff has attitude problem. Not customer friendly. “Management”has policy of no extra towels. Room was not as expected, to holder busted, holes in walls, flooring mismatched. For non smoking establishment room smelled. This room had paint peeling off walls.

Wish I could give negative stars. Got a room for 4 night stayed less than 8 hours. Went somewhere else. The room was dirty, not like dusty or needing swept, but nasty dirty. Towels dirty, bathtub hasn't been cleaned in maybe forever, lots of bugs inside and outside the room. Got a room with a kitchen, it had no cookware, no dishes and no utensils. There is so much more wrong with this place. I will never stay there a again and will never recommend anyone else stay there. They told us to contact the booking company about a refund and when the booking company contacted them they lied and said the

Nice rooms. Comfy beds. A little pricey. I had to stay here during business and as far as service, the maintenance man was the most helpful and friendly person. He was quick to fix any issues I had in the room.

Staff was friendly. There were to many people hanging outside the premises. Doors were opening and closing all night. People were talking loud. The bathroom was not clean. Upon further inspection, it's a mixture of paint and dirt. I attached a picture of the tub/shower. I also found a huge critter on the bathroom wall. There was also a leak in the shower - water kept running. Just not a comfortable atmosphere. I will never stay here again.
Update: The people above me walked around ALL NIGHT LONG. It's supposed to be non smoking, but I smelled fresh cigarettes as if it were coming through the vents

My family and I have been staying here a few weeks. The rooms are renovated. The best part is they have a stove with an oven. That was a big plus for me. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone.
