When I received my first Miss Dottie's pound cake, I was very impressed with the packaging and I could not wait to open it. As a Chef of 25 years, I can tell you honestly, I was completely impressed. I made an order an entered a shipping address for the recipient whose office was in the middle of a relocation. The local FedEx deliver said the address I used would no longer receive deliveries and the package would not be received. Miss Dottie's notified me of the situation and researched the correct shipping address for me. Because the original order would have been sitting at the FedEx warehouse for several days and maybe become stale, I ordered a new package to be mailed to the new address and Miss Dottie's generously offered to pay half of the shipping fees for the second order. Miss Dottie’s Pound Cake is by far the best pound cake around!
The owner/baker is so conscientious about quality, taste, packaging and customer service.
Delivery is always on time.
One of my favorite “touches” is on the Ingredient List the first ingredients is “Love.” I have served these at several family events and there is always none leftover!
My favorites are the Lemon and her newest, Cinnamon Swirl.
Bonus points is she ships to the troops overseas.

Miss Dottie's Pound Cake is not only the best tasting cake out there, but the professionalism and care for the customer is above and beyond! Rarely in my life have I felt like I am truly being cared about as a customer by a company as I felt with Tassie from Miss Dottie's Pound Cake. I was ordering a cake for my dad's 79th birthday, and not only was I offered a very reasonable price for shipping to Las Vegas, NV, but when there was a shipping mishap that would have caused the cake to not be delivered on time for my dad's birthday, Tassie took it upon herself to make sure that my cake would arrive

LOVE Miss Dottie's pound cakes! I've had the mini loaf assortment and the regular sized marble. I've also had mini loaves sent as gifts to my sister's family (well received by the recipients!). Always delicious. I served the original loaf with some sliced with strawberries and I have also lightly buttered and toasted pieces of other flavors to have with coffee. If you're trying to decide, you really can't go wrong with any of the flavors;)
