The rooms were a lot smaller than advertised in the photos! All repairs and maintenance were done on the lowest budget. The mini fridge was so disgusting when we checked in. Mold in the shelves and stagnant water sitting inside. We cleaned it and dismissed the issue. Then...
Although I was there with my family (4 total), and it is a family friendly establishment, we were told the children had to stay in the rooms. This was not during the "quiet times" I have stayed at many hotels in the past and never been told "no friend can stop by, we are not that kind of place" We had a (black male) friend

From check in to check out was fantastic. They Recommended fun activities and awesome restaurants to visit while we stayed. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever been to by far. I have never been so relaxed Falling asleep and waking up to the waves was an added bonus. Thank you again and we will be returning for another great girls weekend

Misquamicut Beach holds a special place in my heart and I've been coming here for decades. The Misquamicut Beach Front Inn (MBFI ) was built post- Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Actually, the owners had a terrific restaurant/parking lot they ran on this site prior to their property being obliterated by the storm. I've been familiar with the family for more than 30 years . The hotel is run by a family of brothers --who couldn't be nicer or kinder property owners and hoteliers. They are Al, Eddie, and Sam- and I am sure there are other family members that help. These owners truly care about customers.

The place was great, it was very comfortable, the rooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. In low tide there is a little bit of seaweed off the coast but the water is clear. the waves are not too high but great for bodyboarding. There is a shop just across the building that sells simple beach stuff. I didn't recall his name, but there was a man who would take care of the place and sort things, great guy super friendly.

Not the place for younger/childless people. They mandate and strictly enforce a 10pm quiet hours rule in a way that’s borderline weird (cameras everywhere mean the desk attendant pops out of nowhere to shush you) and should have been informed of upfront when booking. Bed sheets were dirty which I didn’t see until the next morning - gross.

We got a great deal The owners are great Love having the private balconies wish they were a little more private but since we had three rooms adjoining it wasn't a bad thing The view is amazing in the back ocean view rooms. We had a total of four grandchildren with us The grandparents and my sister so what a blast. Thank you so much and we're from Connecticut we've been to other places and the room is so much better and cleaner and easy to get to literally taking elevator down to the beach and then back up if you need to. They're private beaches nice and clean and smaller than most so you have plenty

THE BEST HANDS DOWN!! They earned 5 stars ⭐️ before I even arrived! Their communication and service with some issues I ran into before going was amazing. Upon arriving we immediately felt at home. Al and his… staff are super friendly, attentive and professional. Our room was perfect and very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our vacation. We WILL be back.
