I've tried to reach out with questions regarding my past account for almost 4 months now to clear things up. Was a tenant with Hometag for 3 years. Only had an issue with AC and a main water line leak issue once ever. In both cases office communication was great and their maintenance provider handled things quickly. However, either staffing has changed this year, or communication stops after you're no longer leasing a property. Replies and communication is slow or poor, and I just want someone to contact me about my final balance.

Moving can be a Hassel and put so much stress , but I am so Thankful for these ladies at home tag Ms.Dior and Ms.Brendaliz. My family and I are so happy with the location and the home couldn't have asked for more. We never saw the home in person we trusted these ladies and went with it,we don't regret it. I can't say thank you enough! They are friendly, professional, kept constant contact, truly made our transition a breeze.
