Refresh Dental on Chagrin is a complete scam. I had my first appointment with them on September 28th. X-rays were taken of my entire mouth when I first got in the chair. It was determined that I needed a root canal. As it so happened, they had time to do it then and there. After the procedure they took additional X-rays and informed me that I would need a crown.
My next appointment was set up for two weeks later. An hour before my appointment I received a text confirming my appointment for an hour later than had been scheduled. (Several confirmation emails and texts had been sent before then)

I was really disappointed with the fact that the office people canceled my dental cleaning that I was supposed to have today the girl just didn't want to do it or something they sent me a message on the 4th to confirm by 2:00 p.m. I'm not awake at 2:00 p.m. and I confirmed as much as I could on your phone systems however I was pleased with the doctor he was honest he didn't try to tell me I needed this and that or add on profit items which I greatly appreciate and really was very kind and nice and he understood too let's cross our fingers and see what the orthodontist can do for me because they

This place is beyond unprofessional! If I could give it zero stars I would.
When I initially scheduled my appointment I expressed my concern and it was that the previous dentist messed up on my root canal so I have to see someone else. The lady apologized and scheduled my appointment for December 16th. I get a call a few days ago they leave me a message saying they are closed on December 16th and have to reschedule my appointment, I called back and she rescheduled me for Thursday December 2nd at 9am. I drive 25 minutes to my appointment. I walk in and the place is dirty but besides the point,

My appointment were on time.The assistants were nice and kind and friendly. My dentist.Dr.Dszni and his assistants were so kindly and patient.I had to sit and wait on my bus ride.There were an older lady didn't understand the paper work.One of the office assistant came and taken her in the office to help her to fill her paper out.That is patented and Godly love.Thats what they're about love and helping people. Most ratings are lies. Spent an hour and a half sitting in their office then get up and tell them to cancel my appointment. If you can’t handle the customers, don’t schedule them. I would’ve been happy to wait a week but I was scheduled for today and you have me wait an hour and a half for nothing. Never again

I am very happy to leave the review for Tiffany at Shaker office, the assistant to the dentist who placed my fillings. While she was working I could tell that she was very meticulous as well as Artistic with her work. I have had A LOT of dental work at many offices and I left feeling that her work was the best experience .

I made an appt with these people and waited 2 whole months! just for them to cancel it because they never had a hygienist working that day.. so why would you schedule me that day.. anyways I called to reschedule my appt just for them to tell me I have to wait 3 more months for my next appt (REMIND YOU I HAVE CAVITIES) lol! By far the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to resolve a bill for over 1 year with the Center Line office and the office manager refuses to treat me with any respect. I've reached out to their corporate office, only to get the run around and no returned phone calls.
As a paying customer, I'm extremely disappointed in the way that I've been treated. I will never go back here nor would I recommend them to a stray dog.

I can't lie. My 1st time here was for teeth cleaning which never happened. They took hours of my time doing x rays & teeth pictures. Why they wouldn't tell people making 1st time appointments that simple teeth cleanings aren't done that day is beyond me. From the x rays they told me everything else that was wrong with my teeth and set me up with future appointments. After that 1st appointment's frustrations things actually have gone smoothly after going back a few times. I've gotten teeth removed and fillings done. Yes, I finally got my teeth cleaned after a few visits. I like this place so far
