Go somewhere else. Arrived 10 mins early as it was my first time and thought there might be paperwork. After 40 minutes, I approach the receptionist who says “she’s running a little late”. (A little late?? Would hate to see what a lot late is)
Delays happen, but tell me when I check in, or update me as I sit there waiting for 40 mins. Or apologize and offer and alternative. Letting a new client sit for 40 mins not acknowledging them is just outright rude and dismissive. Big city, lots of dermatologists…find someone who can respect you as a patient.
