We have been going to Primos for years and have always had a good experience and felt that they offered a good value. At our most recent visit we found this establishment has changed significantly. The service was very slow and the food prices were exorbitant. In addition, parties of 5 or more are automatically changed a 20% gratuity. For our party of six, this translated to the waiter not refilling our drinks or checking on us after the food arrived. He was getting 20% either way so apparently did not feel the need. We all agreed that we did not need to go back.

Been living in the area for about two years and finally tried Primo's pizza last night. It was fine. I can't really rave or complain about the quality. But a large pepperoni pizza is going to set you back $24 (plus tip). Save yourself some time and head over to The Haven. You'll pay a bit less for a better product.

Unfortunately, Primos has substantially raised it's prices, while lowering the quality, and quantity of it's meals. The subs my Family had there last week, were almost laughable. Large bun, one thin folded slice of ham, and even less cheese.....with very little lettuce, and one thin slice of tomato. Thinking we will head for Subway next time.....sad because this used to be our place to go.......

I was visiting the CVS next door and happened to notice this restaurant. Because I'm not feeling well, the last thing I wanted to do was cook, so this was my choice for the evening. I'm happy I did! The staff was very professional and courteous and the lasagna was just perfect for my dinner. What a great surprise to find this restaurant and I promised the owner if I loved it I would return. I will definitely return again and again. . .

I return each and every time I'm in the area! Jimmy and his staff treat everyone like family! Generous portions of freshly prepared foods with a wide variety of items to choose from. Homemade sauce top heaping plates of fresh pasta and the pizza is a must! Able to accommodate large multi bus tours with enough food to fill everyone!

I've been living in this area about 1 year and tried this pizza yesterday for the first time and it was amazing! I was tired of ordering Dominos and I wanted some real pizza. Being from Chicago I know good pizza and this is some good pizza. It wasn't dry or too oily, it was just right with a lot of flavor where you don't feel like you're just eating bread and cheese. The bread ratio was just right! If you want good pizza this is the place!

Good quality had gone down since the last time I went there a couple of months ago. Got the steak and cheese before and they stuffed it like a full sandwich. Now, they barely make it a full sandwich like the steak and cheese is going extinct from the world or something. Not worth my $10.
I literally could have went to Safeway a few doors down and went to the deli department and got a basic sandwich and would have gotten more out of it and even Safeway's food is nothing to brag about.

It's tough to find good Greek food. We found Primo 3 weeks ago and have been ordering takeout ever since :) The greek salad is simple, but its sooo good. Just the basics, but coupled with their side of bread, its perfect every time! The gyro is also well done. More meat than other Greek places and better taste. The calamari was a bit rubbery by the time we got it home. Had a good taste, and would be good probably in person. Bruschetta would be awesome and could withstand pickup being a little cold... just a thought!

Primos is offering curbside pickup. It's so easy and convenient. Service is great!
We love their Primos speciality pizza. All the toppings are so good, the cheese is silky smooth, and I can't get enough of the crust! This was our first time getting their Greek salad. I'm definitely getting it again next time. It was so fresh and crisp.

We ordered the large Primo pizza (about $23) and a calamari (about $10). The prices aren't cheap I would say, but they do give you huge portions. The Primo pizza is their version of a Supreme with an abundance of cheese, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions and mushrooms. Primos is our local family restaurant and has been a Friday night tradition for our family for about 25yrs. When we first started eating at Primos it was a small mom and pop owned takeout spot. They're food was so good that they spread they're wings into a larger sit down location.
