Abuse includes failure by a caregiver to satisfy an elder's basic needs-neglect-such as ensuring adequate food intake (malnutrition) or fluid intake (dehydration). Sexual abuse means touching, fondling, intercourse, or any other sexual activity with an older adult, when the older adult is unable to understand, unwilling to consent, threatened, or physically forced.
Bedsore lawyers investigate whether pressure ulcers, also known as bedsores or decubitus ulcers, were caused by nursing home abuse or neglect. Nursing homes are required to prevent new wounds from forming unless they were clinically unavoidable, and prevent wounds from becoming infected. I attended the focus group on January 25 2020 I had a great experience. Both lawyers worked very hard 2 present a case without leading their jury to Any favorited opinion. It was all very well put together and I truly believe that they want what's best for there clients and fight for people who might not be able to fight for themselves. I would recommend them for I any similar cases. I can tell that they take pride in the work! 5 stars!!

Is was at the focus group at East 45th St Cleveland on Dec 21 2019. I found two lawyers Michael and David were exceptionally easy to get along with, patient and practised in their professionalism. Both guided without imposing their views and gained a great insight into the likely direction both trials will take - without leading the focus group in any way.

Attended a focus group today and the experience was amazing. William Eadie is sharp and straight to the point when it comes to defending his client. Michael A. Hill comes off as a cool guy which he is but when it’s time for him to start his examination he comes out swinging. 5 starts most definitely.

These lawyers are awesome! My time spent with them allowed me to come to the determination they are thorough, trustworthy and all about their cases. They do a good job in relaying information without being biased. They specialize in Nursing home abuse and that made me like them even more. I had an amazing time at the Eadie Hill focus group. Everyone was kind and courteous. The discussions were led with respect to others opinions and we were encouraged to speak freely about the subject matter. When entering the room I was greeted by William Eadie, he seemed very genuine. I had no idea that he was an attorney until he made mention of being so during initial ice breakers. The staff that I met was very friendly, easy to talk with, and inviting. I would refer Eadie Hill without hesitation.

My experience with Mr. Eadie was very positive. He is good at guiding a conversation. While listening intently to your opinion he was careful not to let the discussion wander. Mr. Eadie gave his full attention during our discussion in an environment where many others attempt to multitask. I'm not the most talkative person and get quite nervous in situations like this, but the air of the room was very inviting. After our experience I felt like my opinions/observations were successfully communicated and Mr. Sadie understood my point of view.

I thought that this was a very well run focus group. Order was maintained in regard to cross commenting and staying on task when the group strayed. The lawyer that worked with us was very respectful, professional, yet friendly. The room was very clean and lunch was very good and fresh. Parking was very easy at this venue and I felt safe in the environment outside and inside. Breaks to stand and stretch and use the restroom was considerate. The only thing I would have wanted different is cold bottled water. Not room temperature. Probably just because I'm a big water drinker and we were there for

I thoroughly enjoyed this Focus Group and I thought it was very interesting. We had a good group of people and the moderator was very good at keeping people from talking over each other. I felt like he even made it more enjoyable and interesting because of his personality. He was very concerned that we are comfortable and had everything that we needed water, candy Etc.
