You will not find a better group of women anywhere. From the front desk to Stephenie and Mellisa the NPs, they are all so caring and welcoming. I am grateful to have been a student here for a few months and it has truly solidified what I want to do in life. Serve a great community that appreciates me the way Japer does these women.

Today was my first visit and I was so pleased with how safe the office felt, limiting amount of people in, everyone wearing masks, and seeing staff constantly cleaning. Melissa the NP treated me so kindly, she listened to all my questions and didn't make me feel judged or rushed. Her nurse Baylee was very professional as well. So glad to find this office.

I'm a home health care aid. I brought my client to a appointment at this office. I was shocked when we came in due to all of the office staff and medical personal not wearing masks. There's not been enough information on covid 19 to be so careless.All patients are told to wear masks during a visit. If nothing else, health care professionals should set an example for everyone.

So thankful for the doctors and staff at North Georgia Primary Care. They have always went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. I have been pleased with the protocols they have put into place since Covid has come about and the safety precautions that they take while in the office. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new doctor.

Every single one of my experiences with North Georgia Primary Care has been excellent!! From the front desk employees to the Nurse Practitioner, Stephanie Polk, I know that I am cared for and valued as a patient. Saw the nurse practioner on Monday 12/18/10. After a 2 hour wait to see him I was told my new prescriptions would be called into my pharmacy my 6pm. They didnt get called in. For the past 3 days, BETWEEN my pharmacy and myself, I have called the doctors office 6 times to get my prescriptions called into the pharmacy. Finally 3 of them were called in for one tablet only with 12 refills instead of of a 30 day supply with 2 refills. The other 3 prescriptions have yet to be called in and I was supposed to leave for The Christmas holidays yesterday. This is unacceptable. The pharmacy said they have
