Our founder, Kevin Chwala, started his career in facility maintenance; he fixed broken buildings. To manage this, he developed a foundation of communication that began with listening to what his clients needed and then responding with action as he promised. As Kevin learned more about his clients' buildings and their needs, he began to add services for them by starting new companies.
