Thank you Diana and Arthur for working with me and helping me finance my new truck!! The dealer gave me the option to either finance through them or shop around. I heard nothing but great things about credit unions so I figured to give it a shoot. I called them first thing on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I was approved and the apr they offered me was nearly half of what the dealer wanted ! I'm so happy that I got the apr/ monthly I wanted! I've been with foothill Federal since I turned 18.... over 16 years. I've always felt cared for and treated like a top client. With times being tough financially right now, they've worked with me. I have been with this credit union since it was Arcadia Credit Union! I am no longer happy and I can't wait until Next weekend to close my account! They are no longer open on Saturdays so for us Essential Workers that work Mon-Fri during the business hours that they are open it is an inconvenience. They place limits on everything and if you need to make a large purchase for something important that's needed good luck because they will decline it and then tell you when you call to wait until the next business day for someone to " approve" your purchase! How can someone approve

Most of the time, when I complain about a newly added fee they will usually take it off. I'm tired of arguing with them, I started looking for a new loan and new financial institution. I decided to refinance my loan and pay off an equity loan with B of A. Foothill credit has great people and really try help and solve problems. B of A strength is to give you as little service as possible and find more different fees to charge you, bye B of A.

Tiffany Rizkallah caused me to leave a review on her kind and helpful service. She really listened and assisted me during this crazy year to get re-organized and back on track. I went to the website to apply for membership with this credit union. I followed all the prompts. One boxed had a list of associations that you belonged to and Costco was one of them so I checked it off. The same day I found out they checked my credit. The next morning I received an email declining me because I wasn't part of their partner program. If you knew I didn't qualify for that reason why did you check my credit. In the email Liz told me they do soft check inquires. No that was a hard check. She also said the credit report is a tool they use for decision and product decisions

I bank with NFCU. I knew they have limited locations in LA, the closest to me is in Covina. But on their website, they clearly show that Foothill Federal in Arcadia would accept my deposit. So, I was there a few minutes after opening. There was only one other person at a window. When I got to the teller, I said i just wanted to make a deposit into my NFCU account. She said, "Oh no. We can't do that."
Why not? "Due to covid, we are no longer doing shared deposits." Why not? "Because we need to limit only members."
Are you telling me there are swarms of NFCU

So I've banked with this institution for about 8 years now ... I wish I had never gave these people my business ...
During a national crisis they simply declined to try and accommodate with a simple payment postponement.
Really people? The Vice President declined to help a customer in need in times of crisis.

Maria thank you for your professionalism. I wanted to tell everyone who is a member or someone who is considering joining foothill federal credit union that Maria is the best. She goes above and beyond for her customers. I called her amidst all the Coronavirus craziness and she was able to get me approved for a car loan same day and she even stayed late to finish the loan. My most recent visit was at the Covina branch but I've been to all of them and I've never had a bad experience. My main account is at the Arcadia branch. Excellent customer service at all of them. All of my kids have at least one account at with this credit union. My youngest daughter is in Washington state with her husband who is in the Navy and she continues to keep her FCU account! I've been able to easily transfer money to her account for gifts or for the grandchildren. I'll never change.

They need more than five stars on this thing. I was in need of an auto loan and the people at Foothill CU have always been great. I filled out the information online, and in less than three hours I had a check in my hand. I am sure it is not always this fast, but I am so impressed with Judy S. and Vanessa G. that I would give them 100 stars if they were available. Thank you ladies for your amazing service.

The branches don't have long lines because they don't have as many customers like the big banks so that is a good thing. My complaint is that there are only a few branches and it's not as convenient like the big banks like chase and Wells Fargo. I tried many times to sign up for online a banking and the app and website won't let me complete registration because If I pay over the phone to them they charge. I just wanna pay them with no charges but so many obstacles. The operators weren't much help after hours either in my case. If you decide to switch to a local bank like

We were considering keeping open, but after that encounter ...no thanks!!! And the icing on the cake is she tossed us our cashiers check and we asked if we could cash it and she responded that because we don't have an account any longer there would be a fee... again Wow!!

We opened a new account and it took less than 20 mins.
They have a self serve coin machine. FREE TO USE if you have an account. If you have a lot of loose change they will take it in the back and count it with their big machine and deposit for you.
There is lots of parking around the bank too!

Worst experience with customer service. Called to resolve an online issue and all four attempts, a lady by the name of Hilda hangs up. She doesnt even let me speak and she tell me she can hear me. Obviously, these ladies want to get home early. It was 4:30pm, almost closing time. I called with 3 different numbers, home phone, my cell phone, then my sons phone, and the lady still couldnt hear me. Smh

My first experience is a lasting one. Premier America is a shared branch.
I went to pay my first car payment of my new car.
Shandi helped me and was less than helpful.
She was entering the wrong number. In my opinion you will there, and you're a shared branch you might have experience with this.
She was very rude and not willing to help.
Once I called my loan and asked them why I couldn't use the loan number I was informed I had to use the membership number.
I obtained that, and got back into line only to be told they don't process shared banking on Saturdays.

The Good: FFCU has great customer service, respectful employees and if they don't know an answer they will search and follow up with you. The banking system has the usual perks of a credit union, which really make you never want to go back to big banks. I purchased a new vehicle via their auto loan & New Cars Inc program, I was paired up with Leah Nelson and she made the search/purchasing process so easy. She communicated every time she found a potential car and stuck with me until I decided on a car 7 months later. I highly recommend banking and utilizing loan services with FFCU.

I came in to get a car loan and learned about New Cars Inc. being right there in the credit union. I had been searching for a new car for awhile in person and online but after meeting Leah from New Cars Inc. it was a NO brainer.
